The Hollywood Colony is a new construction with striking architecture created by the internationally recognized architect Jay Vanos and completed in May 2013. This is three-story elegant, modern and warm residence, centrally located in Hollywood near trendy La Brea and Melrose Avenues and the historical and exciting Hollywood Boulevard. The Hollywood Colony residence is a part of a gated community and features modern architectural elevations with elegant design, soaring ceilings and large windows as well as designer wood flooring throughout. Three bedrooms including a private first floor bed room and bath, 3.5 bathrooms , a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room and dining area, attached 2 car garage with direct entry and architectural glass sectional garage door with automatic opener. The kitchen is fully equipped with imported Italian cabinetry by Modulo Cucine top of the line contemporary stainless steel appliances, dish/cook/glassware and utensils. Washer and dryer are conveniently located next to the kitchen. The bathrooms have elegant Italian porcelain tiles on floor and shower walls, frameless glass shower enclosures. On the third level is the master bedroom with en-suite bath and a second bedroom with en-suite bath with comfortable beds and linens. Cable TV, DVD and high speed internet is provided. The living space is extended by an entertainer’s over sized roof deck with iconic city view including a view of the famous Hollywood sign. The Buzz-local: The Las Palmas residence is only blocks away from many Hollywood most desirable entertainment centers including the Hollywood Bowl, Pantages theatre, Chinese theater, El Capitan theater, Ford amphitheater and the Arc light cinemas. The fame Hollywood Boulevard is blocks away and the Hollywood Walk of Fame is within walking distance. Rules and notifications
Please note that the apartment is a part of the Hollywood Colony, a closed, gated, intimate and quiet community. All guests in or on this property are committed not to disturb the neighbors with noise, partying, sports or any other loud or commotion-causing activities. In addition any commercial filming is not allowed on the property. We ask that you follow these rules and respect this very professional community. Second, this is an entirely non-smoking property, no smoking or burning of candles or incense is allowed in the house, on the decks, on the roof, or on the patio. We also ask that you put any garbage you will have during your stay in the plastic bags provided to you, and put the bags in the garbage container found in the back of the common gated area. Bags which are not put in the container are not collected and present a health hazard. If the fold-away bed located on the third level is used, we ask that you refold it prior to vacating and return it to the third level bedroom. We also expect all furnishings to be in the places you found them, including the rooftop furniture. Please place all dishes/cookware used in the dishwasher prior to your vacancy. Not following any of these rules will result in a forfeiture of your security deposit.

An elegant and beautifully designed new construction in the heart of Hollywood.
Ideal for work or vacation in Los Angeles, located in the heart of Hollywood and close to the city's cultural and entertainment centers.
We filmed a commercial for a major Korean advertiser here and the experience couldn't have been better from the beginning when we met with the owner to discuss our needs, to the courteous assistance we received from the property manager. We loved the staircase going from the living area to the bedrooms and were able to shoot some great angles. We also loved the kitchen. It's modern elements and the openness to the living and dining area. We will definitely keep this property on our list as its a great place to film. Excellent parking, great light.
This is a beautiful spacious condo. Modern decor and very clean. Central to everything. LOVED the rooftop deck! Perfect place for the adults to chat the night away while the kids sleep. No babysitter necessary!
Paula was very easy to work with. Had a problem with my car keys that delayed our checkout 1.5 hours and it wasn't an issue! Had such a wonderful time, the kids are already asking to come back!
Came to visit Los Angeles on a leisurely trip with my friends. We are into the luxury type of homes and found this to be the perfect looking one, as well as a great location by all the Hollywood attractions. We had a car but you can get to any of those Hollywood locations easily as it's only a mile or so away. I can't say enough about the condo, as well as Paula who went beyond her means to help us out. We had a very late red eye flight that got in after midnight on Friday night, and she waited for us to come in to give us the keys and give us the tour. I loved all of the bedrooms as well as the overall setup of the condo. The rooftop was beautiful and perfect, and although it was a little too chilly to eat out there when we went, I could tell it would've been amazing if we could've. The bathrooms, decor, kitchen, balconies and everything about it was just perfect.
When we got there everything was perfectly cleaned, all linens and sheets set up just for us to hop into bed and all towels nicely folded and waiting for use. I can't say enough about the property and Paula, and would 100% rent it again if I make a trip out again.
I'm also 27 years old and traveled with other 25+ friends, I could recommend it to people in this age group as long as you're not loud and trying to throw parties. But for us it served it's purpose perfectly, and the garage was great as well.
We had a great experience from start to finish. This gorgeous townhouse was equipped with everything we needed. It has a great location and is close to most of the attractions of Hollywood and LA. This house offers so much more than a hotel. It was plenty spacious for 3 couples and offers all the amenities we needed, it even has a great roof top for us to sit and enjoy the views. Paula answered all our questions before our visit and went out of her way to make us feel at home while we were there. She was easy to contact and went the extra mile to return some things left behind. We highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed.

Pictures does not do this place any justice. This home was more than what was expected. Ashley, who met us, was always available for any questions I had. This home is convenient to everything and a very quiet neighborhood overall. The bedrooms were very comfortable and very well decorated. We have decided to go again within the next year and will definitely stay here again. Money we'll spent.
Wonderful experience from when I first wrote with many questions (and got immediate response), right up to when we checked into this gorgeous townhouse equipped with everything you might need. Property is exactly as described and was a wonderful retreat from the hustle and bustle of downtown LA. So much more value than a hotel room. Bonus feature is the "rooftop deck/seating areas." House is plenty spacious and offers all amenities. Landlord A+++ in promptness, responsiveness and offers of assistance. Easy to reach. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.
