30m2 one bed room apartment with 16 m2 balcony

Lovely one-bedroom 30m2 first-floor apartment is offered fully furnished and newly-renovated. This apartment is situated just a 5 minute walk from the beach and a 10-minute walk to the 'Palais de Festival,' making it a perfect lodging location for conference attendees, while for all guests it is also close to local shops and restaurants in the old town Cannes.

The apartment has a large balcony 16 m2 overlooking a central garden, which makes dining al fresco a very pleasant and memorable experience. The kitchen comes fully-equipped with all necessary appliances and a large window onto the balcony.

The bedroom is situated on the mezzanine, and has a comfortable double bed. The living room has a large comfy sofa that becomes a double bed, suitable for two.

In the shower room you will also find a washing machine for your convenience. WiFi Internet and satellite TV
