This beautiful Mallorquin Palace dates back from the 17th century and is ideally situated just a minutes’ walk from the cathedral, beach, restaurant, and shopping areas. The bright spacious apartment is located on the 3rd floor; there is a lift to the 2nd. It has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom on one floor and another bedrom and bathroom on the top floor, both joined by an spiral staicase. Fully restored and furnished to a high standard including WiFi Internet, Sky and Astra Satellite TV, DVD and HiFi, iPod speaker, heating, air-con and bar area. The fully equipped kitchen has double fridge freezer and leads out to a small private terrace with the best views of the old town mountains and sea. The cosy open fireplace is a lovely feature making this apartment the perfect all year round destination to relax and discover the beauty and history Mallorca has to offer.

This property is situated in a highly respectable residiential neighborhood so is unsuitable for people visiting Palma to party.

Parking is on request and at extra cost.

The building is situated on the sea front a minutes walk from the Cathedral and overlooks Parc de la Mar.

It´s unique position provides breathtaking views from this light stylish apartment.

The beach is 2 minutes walk away.

There is far more to this wonderful island than its stretching sandy beaches and year round sunshine. The infamous package holiday resorts are confined to a small area whilst the rest of the island remains remarkably diverse and untouched. This is the 'other' Mallorca, a place of breathtaking landscapes and culture ready to be explored and enjoyed.

Mallorca offers something for everyone and can be enjoyed on foot, bike, by car or by boat. Head for the dramatic Serra de Tramuntana mountain range for hiking, cycling or just plain relaxing. Those wanting a mellow pace of life will find the sleepy ancient towns and rural fincas of inland Mallorca the perfect antidote to hectic living. For relaxed beach swimming and shoreline activities such as snorkelling, windsurfing or even kite surfing, look South and East for the less touristy beaches. This is a really beautiful apartment in a stunning location. The views from the apartment are fantastic, it has every facility you would need for a comfortable stay and more. The apartment is in a gorgeous building in the old town of Palma which is so picturesque that it feels as though you are walking around a film set. The apartment is near the beach and the Cathedral, it couldn't be in a more convenient or stunning location. FABULOUS!!

Perfect location, central to all activities in Palma. Fantastic views over the sea. Great place for two people to hide away and chill out. Advantage of small terrace - perfect for breakfast and evening cool down.

Would definitely stay again.

Spent one week in this beautiful apartment in June - couldb't have asked for more. Ideally located with spectcular views to the front and side of the property.

Ideal for a couple wanting to imerse themselves in the old town as you are in the middle of a prestigious residential area.

Close to all the sights, restaurants and shops.......can't wait to return
