* SORRY WE ARE BOOKED FOR SPLENDOUR * This pet friendly private beach house is situated in the beautiful New Brighton area. The property is fully fenced and the land is half an acre in size. The house consists of three bedrooms and a combined kitchen and living area and wooden floors throughout. There are good size decks on the east and north sides of the house with an outdoor setting. It is directly across the road from the beach (no ocean views) and is a great spot for the family.
