Glynllifon, “The house in the valley where the stream flows”. The house is set in its own grounds of some 7 acres of land on the main Abersoch Road, encompassing an Iron Age Fort which dates back some 2000 years.
The house is approached via a long driveway, passing ponds, a putting green, lined with mature trees encompassing a 150 yd front garden and a large back garden both ideal for al fresco dining/ barbeques. A patio area with outdoor seating and heating. A natural stream runs along the wall and meanders its ways from one pond onto the next before it finds its way to the sea.
Glynllifon is an imposing luxury 6 bedroom housing 13 with a luxury whirlpool bath, separate bar, large open plan dining/lounge and games area with a pool table. Front garden with a 55 yd putting green, parking for 10 to 15 cars, boats or jetskis.
Glynllifon is located on the main Abersoch Road, near the very popular Abersoch Village on The Llyn Peninsular. The area is classified as an area of outstanding natural beauty and is close to numerous beaches, golf courses, the Pwllheli Marina where world sailing events are held regularly. The area has a charm of its own, no development of any kind, one could feel the area had been left behind while the world oustide made huge advancements, but all this has been deliberate.
The area is very popular for sailing, fishing, water sports, ideal for walking, fising and just chilling out.
Golf: There are 3 18 hole gold courses in the area. The Nefyn Golf Course is of tthe most pictureque courses in the British Isles.

The house is available to let to families only and the minimum let is 1 week commencing on a Saturday, no pets are allowed inside or outside the house. No caravans or any other vehicles are permitted to be parked at anytime in the grounds.

£500 on booking, the balance plus a security deposit of £500 is payable 60 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is returnable within 7 days of your departure subject to the property being left in the same state as found.
