Luxury villa with private south facing pool and spa

A superbly presented villa nestled within Emerald Island Resort. The villa boasts 3 guest bedrooms and 1 master bedroom. An impressive hallway connects a modern kitchen to the family and living room. In the family room there is a 42' flat screen TV with DVD player, an MP3 player and CD player. There is a telephone with free calls and wireless internet. There are further 2 TV's in the master bedrooms which both have king size beds in.

There is a South facing private pool with spa which backs on to secluded lawns so you are not overlooked. There is also a games room with a pool table and air hockey.

Close to the villa is a nature walk and children's playground as well as a clubhouse featuring a bar and pool. Disney World is located less then 4 miles away (off Highway 192), making Emerald Island one of the closest rental home communities.
