On the first floor, there is one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, three twin bedrooms and a family bathroom.
The property is surrounded by a very pretty, secure garden at the front and rear and the accommodation is both comfortable and well presented. As with many properties on this private estate, the house has great character and is attractive in appearance. Roman Landing and West Wittering in general has long been a magnet for holidaymakers over the years and in the summer, it is particularly popular, with the long sandy beaches always busy. It is also extremely popular out of season with walkers and sightseers, as well as bird watchers. There is parking for three vehicles on the drive.
