2 bedroom / 2 bathroom ground floor apartment recently refurbished with pool

No 2 Cueva Del Lobo is a ground floor apartment within a complex of 8 apartments, with communal pool and gardens. The apartment comprises of large front sun terrace, lounge/diner and a fully equipped kitchen. Bedroom 1 has two single beds and a bathroom located adjacent. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, with dressing area and en-suite shower room. The lounge has satellite TV, CD/DVD player and flat screen television, with a 2 seater and 3 seater sofas, and a dining table to seat 4. The galley kitchen is located to the rear of the property and has an electric oven / gas hob, washing machine, microwave and tall fridge/freezer. From the kitchen into the rear of the property a small terrace can be found, ideal for hanging out washing/ beach towels etc. The communal pool is situated to the right of the apartment on a raised level, with secluded area for private sun bathing. Car parking can be found on the quiet street in front of the property.

Welcome Pack: On arrival the apartment will be stocked with a basic welcome pack, comprising of water, milk, bottle of wine, bread margarine, packet of biscuits and tea/ coffee. The apartment will also be equipped with toilet rolls, washing powder, and washing up liquid. These are free to use, but we do ask that you replace these items as they run out, ready for the next arrivals. We wish you to enjoy your stay in our holiday home and respect the property and the surrounding neighbours.

Housekeeper / Assistance whilst on holiday: The rental cost quoted includes for the welcome pack and cleaning costs after departure, and support is on hand locally, if you have any technical difficulties during your stay (contact details supplied within apartment folder). Helpful friendly neighbours will also assist you with any queries you may have regarding local amenities / facilities.

Thanks for the use of your apartment, had a great week, very relaxing and lovely weather (up to Saturday). An ideal place to stay, near the front, near some great restaurants and some nice bars. Very relaxing walks along the promenade, could not have asked for anything better.

Great location, Just behind the main street on a quiet road. We had everything in the apartment what we was supplied with. Pool was just a few meters away with the beach just over the road. Would definately recomend staying here.

BEAUTIFUL QUIET APARTMENT THAT CATERS FOR EVERYONE

As we drove along the playa from the airport we were thinking what a lovely place this is. With its calm and beautiful coastline and plenty of authentic beach bars! As we came into the quiet road where our apartment was situated (literally 1 min walk from the beach) we were very pleased with the appearance, even our driver commented on how nice the complex was. Arriving inside didn't disappoint either. Everything you could possibly need and more. It really was home from home. We have a two year old boy and even he was catered for with toys, bucket and spades etc. we even met a couple of the residents who were all very welcoming.
We took the short bus journey upto Mojacar old town which was very picturesque a typical Spanish town with its windy streets and gorgeous white apartments. The town has stunning panoramic views of the coast and the countryside. We had some great tapas too very reasonable. As we found all the places we ate at and we ate out every day and night.
I can't find a fault with the apartment or Mojacar and will be going back for another family holiday. I would highly recommend it to anyone who reads this and will certainly be recommending it to my family and friends.

GREAT EASTER STAY IN MOJACAR

We had a lovely stay at the property! Mojacar Playa is a very easy and comfortable place to travel for English speakers-- it is something of a British oasis on the coast of Spain. The house itself was quite sweet and set up with everything someone would need to stay for a week or two. Grocery stores are within walking distance (though the cheaper/bigger supermarkets are a bit further) and the beach is right across the street! If you are looking for a relaxing, quiet getaway-- this could be right up your alley!

Myself and two friends stayed the apartment on a 3 day golfing break in March 2010. The place was very comfortable and clean with a lounge/dining area and good size kitchen. Bedrooms are of good size and the apartment had plenty of space for a group of upto 4 with golfing equipment etc.
Locally there are plenty of bar/restaurants within a short walking distance and were all very reasonablly priced.
The beach is approx 200-300 yards from the apartment and the newly paved walkway along the beach front is ideal for a morning/evening walk.
We played two rounds of golf during our stay, both of which we really enjoyed. The first course was a rustic course set up in the hills with beautiful views and surroundings. The second was a fairly new course set around a development of houses and apartments with great views of the sea. Both reasonably priced.
All in all the break and accommodation could not be faulted and made better with the assistance of the property owner in advising on golf courses and places to eat.
I would definatley stay again. Thanks again Simon.

HOME FROM HOME

We just spent two weeks at the above property myself,my husband and our two Daughters 4yrs and 2 yrs we had a fantastic holiday and will definatly be returning.The apartment was perfect and had everything we needed right on our doorstep.
The apartment was clean and very well maintained and we found its location excellent as we've been to Mojacar before and it wasnt as handy to get to especially us having young children.
The owner of the property was very helpful and always available to answer any queries we had.
We found some lovely restaurants close by and it was brilliant having them all within walking distance.
Mojacar has something to suit everyone beautiful beaches,excellent restaurants ,amenities for young children -waterpark,playgrounds,kids shows,markets and friendly bars and cafes.
I would highly recommend a visit to the old town it was breath taking .
We look forward to returning to this property and will highly recommend it to friends and Family.

GREAT LOCATION!

This apartment was in a great location as our base for golfing and leisure. Good courses close by as well as all the amenities you could possibly need. Handily placed within a short walk to the beach but nicely tucked away from the main drag. The apartment was very clean and tidy with all the comforts of home. Short distance by car to many interesting small towns with scenic views.
Overall a great apartment and area.

Centrally located on the Mojacar Playa,one street back from the main tourist promenade,this apartment is situated in a quiet leafy residential street ideal for those with young children. The famous La Cabana Argentinian Steak House, Irish Rover pub / restaurant and the The Beachcomber cafe are just a 1 minute walk away at the end of the street . The local bus services stop at the end of the street and provide regular services to Mojacar Old Town, Commercial Centre and the fishing ports of Garrucha and Carboneras, as well as the Water park at Vera. If golfing is of interest the apartment is equidistant between La Macenas golf resort and Marina Golf Resort in Mojacar, with a short car journey to Cortijo Grande golf course or Valle De Este and Desert Springs resort. If relaxation is the priority then clean sandy beaches are located on your doorstep, or you can go walking in the Cabo De Gata national park situated at the end of the resort heading towards Carboneras

Golf: Las Macenas golf course (18 holes) is located 2 kilometres to the right of the apartment towards Carboneras at the end of the Playa, and runs parallel to the coast.

Marina Golf (18 holes with driving range / putting green) is located 2 kilometres to the left of the apartment towards Garrucha.

Cortijo Grande resort (9 holes) is located 5 kilometres from the apartment heading towards Turre and the motorway, hidden in the valley beneath the scenic drop of the mountains. A nice rustic course.

Val De Este complex (18 holes) is 10 kilometres from the apartment located behind Garrucha town, and is well known on the golfers circuit for a testing round of golf.

Desert Springs complex (18 holes/ driving range) is located towards Cueva del Almanzora approx 15 kilometres from the apartment and is a well known course for the celebrity pro-ams to meet up and socialise.

Other numerous courses are located towards Almeria Airport and further up the coast towards Murcia and La Manga
