Photos and Description of this 2 bedroom holiday home in Gold Canyon - Bella Oro
2 Brd, 2 Bath, Sleeps 6, Surrounding yourself with comfort
Enjoy quiet serenity while looking out over the desert in this lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath, newly renovated home located in the gated community of the Peralta Trails development. Peralta Trail backs up to the Superstition Mountains and is away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It sits just southeast (approximately 5 miles) of Apache Junction just off of Hwy 60 in the Gold Canyon community.
The home has a wonderful open floor plan on a single level. It offers 2 bedrooms, 2 baths (master having a walk-in shower/walk-in closet) with a split living area feel. It has a two-car garage immediately off of the kitchen. Our home decor lends itself to the casual lifestyle of the Southwest, with all new furnishings, well equipped kitchen and tile floors throughout the interior. It has a wonderful back yard; including a play pool, hot tub, view fence, BBQ, and covered patio. There is plenty of wildlife to watch including rabbits, an occasional coyote, quail and hummingbirds. The house faces the east, so the patio has morning sun and afternoon shading.
Enjoy walking/hiking/biking trails just steps away. There is a clubhouse and fitness center with modern exercise equipment and a large gathering area just down the street, as well as a lovely community pool just a few blocks away.
There are plenty of shopping malls close by and we are 30 minutes from the Gateway Airport and 45 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport.
There are five great golf courses within 10 minutes in Gold Canyon with a backdrop of the Superstition Mountains and natural desert terrain. Choose from two Golf Digest four star rated championship courses. Dinosaur Mountain course has been rated the #1 public course in Arizona for two consecutive years.

We are active people who are always looking for new places to explore. After dealing with the wet winters in the Pacific Northwest for years, we decided it was time to find a warmer area to call home in the winter.
Lori purchased this house in 2013
Why Lori chose Gold Canyon
We feel in love with this property right from the start. The view took us in while the pool and open floor plan made it easy for us to decide that this was the place for us. We also love the many outdoor activities the Gold Canyon area has to offer.
