4 Bedroom Villa situated on mountain top, close to beaches and views of Es Vedra

Casa Dragon is a contemporary Luxury-Villa with 4 bedrooms and 3+ bathrooms. It was completely refurnished in 2011 with very high-end pieces of furniture. It is situated on a 50.000 m² property and is one of the highest houses on the island. The views are breathtaking! Still, it's only a short drive to the charming village of Es Cubells (4 km) or to the beaches (Cala d'Hort 4 km).

Here are the details:

Main level:

Large open living, dining and kitchen area with fireplace, Plasma TV (international channels) and guest bathroom.

Utility room with washing maschine, dryer and additional fridge.

Master Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom and dressing area, Plasma TV and direct access to pool terrace. Bed size: 180 cm wide x 200 cm long (=slightly smaller than King).

Master Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom and dressing area, Plasma TV and direct access to pool terrace. Bed size: 180 cm wide x 200 cm long (=slightly smaller than King).

Upper Level:

Bedroom 3 with private balcony. Bed size: 180 cm wide x 200 cm long - additional bed can be pulled out to increase the entire bed size to 280 cm wide x 200 cm long.

Bedroom 4 with direct access to roof terrace. Bed size: 180 cm wide x 200 cm long (=slightly smaller than King).

Bathroom with separate toilet, bath tub / shower and double sinks.

Spectacular roof terrace with Techno gym treadmill for exercise fans. Also great place for yoga or just relaxing in a stylish hammock / swing.

Outside:

Outdoor dining area for up to 12 people, covered lounge and several sofas, sun chairs and lounges spread around the large pool. The pool can be heated and has an electric cover for the safety of small children. A Weber charcoal grill is available. The jacuzzi features amazing views of the island of Es Vedra. Beyond the terrace the property is rather wild with lots of things to explore. For older children there are several climbing ropes and swings in the trees, as well a large trampoline.

Just amazing...

We stayed at Casa Dragon with our 3 year old daughter and we all loved it.

The view is fantastic, the terrace, the pool, the Whirlpool are gorgeous - so is the complete Patio / outside area. A great space to spend the evening outside, enjoying the silence or receiving guests. Especially when travelling with small kids: stylish, but very convenient.

The interior is exceptionally well designed and furnished. Everything in this house is classy and stylish.

It's hard to leave this amazing place at some point...

Incredible mountain top villa with stunning views and absolute privacy!

We already loved the pictures. But what we found was far above and beyond what we expected. This house is the perfect symbiosys of stylish modern an classic luxury finca. From the outside you only get hints of the style within by the flower pots and the laser cut steel plate showing the estate's name. As soon as you open the door however, the white floors and light flooded room via hypermodern skylight grab your attention.

The entire house must have been very recently renovated to the very latest standards of high end faucetry, electrical gadgets (full crestron system throughout) and furniture.

Very tasteful modern art throughout the house only supports the modern feel further. The common rooms all flow into each other unlike most other fincas we have rented.

The kitchen is completely up to date and lacks nothing anyone could require for casual island cooking. The sleek bar provides the perfect setting for social cooking, breakfast and light meals. Several outside dining spots make the choice of where to eat a tough one.

All bedrooms are completely renovated as well, in fact there is no difference in effort from the common rooms to each individual room. The bathrooms are very comfotable and there is plenty of storage everywhere.

Once you step outside onto the pool deck / terasse, you are consumed by the 300 degree view of everything around you. On clear days, you see Formentera. This must be one of the highest houses on the island. It is for sure the highest on this end of the island as the road ends right on this property.

And the best thing is: No one can see or hear you here. The absolute privacy sponsored by several hundred meters of distance to the only neighbor on the hill make this place truly private.

My wife and I both agree that this stunning vacation home has the best combination of chic modern elegance and spectacular views out of any location we have stayed in over the years! Everything from the gorgeous pool, to the see thru glass fencing, to the second story sun deck, to the bright and cool décor of the house, to the very comfortable bedrooms - this hideaway has it all! This location, with 270 degrees of breathtaking views, makes it even hard to leave and enjoy a day at one of the many beaches on Ibiza. Truly a 5 star location and we look forward to coming back!

I stayed at the Dragon House for one week with my wife, this was one of the best renting experience I have ever had. This house is amazing and the view is astonishing, very comfortable and really quiet. There is a really good convenience store (small supermarket) right down the hill (5 min) that has everything you need for food for the entire week. They have a house manager that really helps if you need anything or run into any inconvenience, all you have to do is give him a call and he will be right there within no more than 20 minutes. The beaches near the house are very good but you can drive to many places and be at gorgeous beaches within 15-20 minutes. I will for sure be going back to this place soon and recommend to anyone who is looking for one week in paradise.

Wonderful experience

My wife, our 2 kids and myself had a phantastic holiday at Casa Dragon! The house is amazing and the location really something very special. For us the peace and quiet on this mountain top was very relaxing, but when we were in the mood for some entertainment, we headed down to Ibiza town, which really only takes 25 min at the most.

The owners were very helpful in the reservation / booking process and also had a property manager, who we could contact with any questions during our stay. We are looking forward to going back soon!
