This spacious 3 bedroom ground floor apartment is located in the tranquil Hacienda del Senorio de Cifuentes development between the 'white town' of Benahavis and the bustling coastal resort of San Pedro de Alcantara. The Hacienda development is gated, with 24 hour security and underground car parking. The apartment itself is set in beautifully landscaped gardens with easy access to no less than 4 swimming pools. Outside, the views of the Mediterranean, Gibraltar and the Riff mountains of Morocco from the apartment's large south and west facing 'wrap around' terraces are simply breathtaking. The terrace is amongst the largest on the Hacienda development. From this extensive terrace there is also access to a secuded lawned area. Step back inside the apartment to enjoy the light and airy feel and contemporary decor of the spacious living/dining room, superbly fitted bedrooms, bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen (with separate utility room). The apartment is fully air conditioned, and the marble tiled floors have underfloor heating throughout for the cooler months.

Clean and spacious appartment

We stayed in the appartment with two kids. The apartment is nicely furnished, clean and fully equipped. The complex is nice and quiet and the view is stunning. In the future we will definitely come back if we are in the neighbourhoud. Thanks Chris en Renata!

Fantastic Family Holiday Apartment

We stayed in here for 3 and a half weeks in August 2011. The apartment was extremely spacious and spotlessly clean throughout.

We booked because of this (as we have a child with a heart condition who also suffers from neutropenia - so cleanliness was a priority).

The apartment itself has good size double bedrooms, bathroom/ toilet and a large master bedroom with large en-suite. Large living and dining areas and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you would need. Satellite TV and a DVD played worked well when getting the kids ready

The garden complete with outdoor dinning table, chairs and loungers was a lovely cool spot to relax and overlooks the straight of Gibraltar and Africa (which are clearly visible on a clear day).

Within the complex, I believe there were 5 pools, which were extremely clean and well looked after. We used the very large one at the top near the fountains and gardens (about 3 minutes walk) but there is a nearer one about 1 minutes walk away. We had them practically to ourselves whenever we stayed in the complex (which is unheard of anywhere in August). They are all surrounded by large grass gardens where you can sit and relax. I noticed that these were constantly maintained throughout our stay.

The apartments location is 5 mins off the main road into Benahavis and about 10 minutes drive into Benhavis and all its wonderful restaurants. You will need a car (but you do in most places in Spain).

I would definitely recommend this apartment to a friend and as a place to relax and unwind; I don't think you could find a better place to stay for the price. Mary (key holder) was also extremely nice and was on hand for anything we needed.

Wonderful apartment

We had 2 lovely weeks in your very comfortable holiday apartment. Everything was in perfect order. It is beautiful and the location was stunning with fantastic views.

We already miss sitting in the sun on the veranda …

I just want to point out that the website and pictures do not do it justice. We really had a wonderful time, the kids loved it and they had practically their own private swimming pool !!!

We are already discussing returning again next year and will almost certainly be looking to book your apartment again.

Within easy reach are a range of adventure, theme and water parks, plus many of the most famous golf courses on the Costa del Sol. Slightly further afield is the tax free shopping of Gibraltar, and historic Ronda, Granada and Seville.
