Notes

• The weekly rent includes bed linen / towels and all utilities for 4 people. For each additional person up to a total of 7: euro 100 per week to confirm the reservation: DEPOSIT / DEPOSIT 30% by bank transfer within 10 days after written confirmation. For last minute bookings (less than 40 grams of arrival), the deposit is 50% with balance on arrival. Balance 6-8 weeks before delivery of the keys to bonfico or'' arrival for last minute bookings Euro 30 per person to be added as a contribution for the final cleaning and linen.
• The deposit required is € 300 at the keys - they will be returned at the end of the stay after checking that everything is in order or wire transfer within 10 days if the control is not possible at the moment of departure.
