Totally renovated charming studio apartment

This totally renovated charming studio apartment is located in the centre of Nice in the heart of the elegant Boulevard Victor Hugo. It is bright, airy and chic with many high spec features.

It is on the 4th floor (with elevator) of an elegant 'belle epoque' building typical of the area surrounding and from the two windows the view is very nice and open.

Located between the beach and train station (walking distance to both) it couldn't be easier to go to the beach (private or public) or jump on a train for a day trip to Monaco, Cannes, Antibes or Italy!

There are a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and boulangeries all within walking distance.

The apartment has the best facilities, you will have internet access, TV.

Our apartment is in the best location in Nice: Boulevard Victor Hugo. You really can not find a better position to access everything this city has to offer.

Nice Centre with the best shops and restaurants is just around the corner. A short walk away is the historic center with its narrow streets, churches and shops. Avenue Jean Medecin with its elegant boutiques and shops, Place Massena and the 'zone PIETONNE' with cafes are just a few blocks from the apartment.

The famous 'Promenade des Anglais' and the beaches are within three blocks away.

The nearest restaurant (Hotel Corleone) is literally across the boulevard.

The nearest bus stop is 100 meters from where you can reach Monaco, Cannes, Antibes and many other destinations (1 euro).

My wife and I stayed here on our first visit to Nice. We had a fantastic time. The studio was perfect for what we needed, and extremely clean. The owners were lovely and friendly with lots of suggestions about how we could spend our time in Nice. We didn't get a chance to do everything, but it gives us an excuse to return!

The studio is perfectly located, near to the beach/promenade but set far enough back to ensure that it is quiet. It was also near enough to the station to walk there. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely book to stay here again.

Great and safe location, close to beach, train station and bars/restaurants, cheaper and nicer than a hotel too! Adriana and her husband were very helpful and friendly, would definately stay again and recommend this apartment to anyone!

I enjoyed a lot Nice, although the weather wasn't good. The apartment was very well located, close to the beach and not far from the old town by walk. We received a warm welcoming from the owners, who, besides, had already found a free parking place for me.

Beautiful studio in very center of Nice, France

This studio is located right in the center of Nice and is very nicely planned in white/light colours, a nice bathroom incl. washing machine and a well equipped kitchen. The appartment building is safe to live in (a residential caretaker can easily be contacted) and the house has a nice outdoor garden area. The couple that owns the studio were vey nice and helpful and could be contacted whenever needed. We have stayed in Nice many times in hotels but a studio gives you so much more freedom. We will recommend this studio to others and will look forward to stay here again. Torbjörn & Anita Leuchovius

this is a beutiful spot we found, the building is a georgues italaian style marble stone with a nice elevator. we enjoyed the location of this condo cuz it was close to everything from shopping and the beach. this was our honeymoon get away and we loved every minute of it. we totally recommend this to anyone looking to say on a budget. we hope everyone enjoys this spot like we did
