Penthouse 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchenette and terrace

The house is spacious (130 m² terrace +70) and very functional. It has 7 beds in 3 bedrooms, one double and master bathroom, complete with a shower also, very nice. The other bathroom has double sinks and a hand shower, which is also very nice. The other 2 bedrooms are equipped with 2 (or 3) beds each, wardrobes and bedside tables. Throughout the area there is the night Parchet. The living area is very large (50 sqm) and bright. The kitchenette describes a U and is equipped with hob and oven. All around the house is a beautiful covered terrace accessed from various environments and large enough to allow easily have lunch, dinner or simply stay out in the evening to enjoy some 'fresh. The terrace is a large wooden table and a barbecue. The house is on the fifth floor. Willingness to provide any clarification and to provide more photos by email.
