Apartment ´ A ´is situated on the second floor, apartment ´B ´ is

located on the first floor and both comprise of :

2 spacious double bedrooms with built in wardrobes, the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and patio doors on to the terrace. Further family bathroom. Fully fitted kitchen and separate utility room with washing machine. Large bright lounge/diner with patio doors to terrace with lovely views over the sea and beach.

The apartments have hot and cold air conditioning throughout.

Beautiful roof top pool with 360 degree sea and marina views. Enjoy the spectacular sea views from the poolside rooftop terrace while you sip a cocktail.

The apartments are located on the quieter side of the marina and do not suffer from loud noise from the bars and discos.

The apartments also benefit from the afternoon sun on the balconies.

Fantastic views, fantastic location!

My friends and me have just returned from our stay in this beautiful apartment.
The views of the beach and ocean are great. The beach is only seconds from the apartment. the marina is very interesting with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops which were all open even in the wintertime.
We chose Benalmadena town as it is a busy town with many shops etc. There are plenty of things to see and do.
The apartment is very spacious and very clean. Both the bedrooms have plenty of closet space and the beds are very comfortable. The main bedroom has a balcony and great views of the sea.The lounge is large and also has a balcony with sea and beach views.
We would recommend this apartment as it is in a great location, is very comfortable and spacious and is well equipped with everything we needed.

We have recommended the apartment to all of our friends..

Fantastic Apartment!

We had a wonderful holiday in this apartment. The apartment is in a great location, right on the marina and overlooking the sea and beach but away from the ´noisy´end of the marina. The apartment is very spacious with 2 wonderful balconies where we could look at the many yaghts and boats going in and out of the marina.
The 2 bedrooms are bright and spacious and the louge is very comfortable.
the kitchen was very well equipped with the added bonus of a dishwasher and washing machine.
plenty of shops just around the corner and numerous restaurants all within walking distance.

We would definately recommend the apartment to everyone and will be going back!

Great Location

The apartment is in a great location with lovely views and nicely fitted out. The view from the pool is fantastic! There were a few nagging issues that we telephoned through, but unfortunately during the whole of our stay we did not receive a response to our calls or voice messages and therefore did not get a resolution to the issues (ie not enough towels, the doors to the balcony did not close properly). However overall the apartment is very comfortable and we did have a good stay. There did appear to be other tenants/guests smoking in the landings, that was rather unpleasant. Therefore the management company do need to deal with this.

The booking process was good, as Barbara, with whom I liaised with, was very helpul and efficent. I have since given details of the apartment to friends, who I believe have booked and I am sure we will use again when visiting Benalmadena.

Owner's Response: The problem with the doors locks has now been resolved with new locks fitted on all the doors
and all guests are supplied with plenty of clean towels. Guests can always ask for more towels during their stay.

The building is a 'non smoking' building but unfortunately sometimes residents may walk through the corridors or landings smoking. This has been put to the president of the owners association and will be enforced more stringently in future.

lovely apartment beautiful area

This apartment is very nice the lounge is nicely decorated and very spacious,both bedrooms are of a resonable size and are fitted with shutters which helps keep the rooms cool during the day.
The ensuite and shower rooms are nice but maybe the lighting could be a little better, the swimming pool is beautiful a good size pool with plenty of space in which to sunbathe in and enough loungers for everyone,the apartment is only some five or ten minutes walk away from the beaches bar restraunts and fantastic marina which comes to life at night, in my opinion the price rental for this apartment is about right and is what one would exspect to pay for this area to which it sits, the owners are very nice and made us very welcome and assured us any problems [ which we never had ] was only a telephone call away,
wonld i recommend this apartment to my family and friends ? definatly.

They are over selling this !

I was very disappointed with this apartment and feel that their description and review is over selling it.

The road that the apartment is over is very, very busy and as the apartment is opposite a large buidling (something hidden by the angle of the images provided) which seems to make the street noise echo into the apartment.

The marina club that it sits opposite is always busy and the (very loud) music went on until 3am and deliveries arrive around 8am. It is not the quiet side of the complex that they suggest it is.

The sliding double glazed doors in the main bedroom dont close properly and dont help in keeping the noise out.

The apartment may have been nice when built but it is now in need of a serious update. The place looks as though it has not been looked after at all. The kitchen is old and tatty and both bathrooms have rotten wood and dirty looking wash areas.

The cleaner was present when we arrived, but is is clear that they just push a cloth around rather than clean.

There is only one balcony, not two. The balcony is spread across the lounge and master bedroom.

The image of the second bathroom is actually a different angle image of the main bathroom.

There is a positive - the roof pool is very nice. Its depth is 120cm up 150cm but there is no childrens pool.

All in all, the complex is great - I have stayed in these apartments before - all I would say is to look around and be warned that this one is not as great at the description lets you believe. I think it is over priced for the quality and location (within the complex).

While I will go back to the complex, I will not be booking this apartment again.

Owner's Response: This apartment certainly is in the quieter side of the marina. On the other side are the clubs, bars and discos which stay open until 6am in the morning!
It is unlucky for these clients that the yacht club ('' The building") mentioned in this review happened to have a dinner dance a couple of times during their stay. The rest of the time all music has to stop by 12 midnight.
The road outside the apartment is a dead -end road and not a through road so is quiet for most of the day. The weekends get busier during the summer months due to the popularity of the marina.

There are 2 balconies on this apartment, one from the bedroom and one from the lounge, the fact that they are joined together makes no difference to the apartment and in actual fact means that the whole of the front of the apartment has outside space.
The sliding doors close perfectly and there is also the benefit of roller blinds to keep out the sun
(and any noise there may be).

The apartment is cleaned thoroughly before clients arrive, if they arrive early they are permitted to leave their luggage and return when the apartment is finished. These clients arrived early and did not make any attempt to let the cleaners get on with their job.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, full oven, washing machine, coffee machine etc. and is perfectly adequate for self-catering.

The lounge is very spacious with a lovely sea and beach view from the balcony.
There are tables and chairs on both balconies which are ideal for outside eating and relaxing.
This apartment is in a fantastic location with great views and is very popular with clients.

Benalmadena: There is plenty of nightlife and around Benalmadena. The marina has several nightclubs both English and Spanish where you can dance the night away in the open air and afterwards take a stroll around the boats and along the beach.

Torrequebrada casino is situated on the outskirts of Benalmadena. Here you can enjoy a flutter on the machines or see the fabulous dance show and dinner.

Near the beach is the huge Parque de la Paloma (Dove´s Park), with unique and attractive attractions, a semi-free bird zoo and open air Auditorium with dolphins and penguins. Puerta Marina, the beautiful port of Benalmadena has many good restaurants, bars and interesting shops. Tivoli theme park. Torremolinos has beautiful beaches excellent restaurants right on the beach that specialize in sea food. The main shopping area is Calle San Miguel and is well-known for it´s many interesting shops. The Crocodile Park is next to the Water park on the outskirts of Benalmadena.

Paloma Park is a beautiful landscaped park within a few minutes walk from the apartment with a large lake, various animal enclosures and children's play areas. There are lots of animals roaming free including rabbits, peacocks and hens with their chicks. Take a stroll along the promenade to Puerto Marina which has won the 'Best Marina In The World' award. See the luxury yachts and visit the many shops, restaurants, bars and boutiques. The Train Station at Arroyo de la Miel is a 10 to 15 min walk with Torremolinos and Fuengirola only 10 min ride away.

Gibraltar: Enjoy a day out in historical Gibraltar. Just 2 hr by car, here you can see the famous Barbary Apes historic Siege Tunnels, and St. Michaels cave, location for beautiful concerts.

Enjoy duty free shopping (cheap gold and watches, cigarettes and drinks) and see the fabulous cruise ships docking in the port.
