Brand new luxurious 2 bedroom penthouse apartment with balcony views over the private pool & Millenium Golf Course.Underground parking with private lift access to the 3rd floor apartment.The entrance hall leads into a spacious lounge/dining area with 42' TV/DVD and leather furniture.Free Wifi is available for guest use.The separate kitchen with all modern quality fittings has a serving hatch to the dining area. Outside there are balconies facing east & west to avail of maximum sunshine,with patio furniture and dining table and chairs.The bedrooms are very tastefully decorated with beds which can be double or two singles,with quality en-suite bathrooms,one featuring a spa bath and a walk-in shower in the other. The master bedroom includes its own private balcony to enjoy the spectacular sunsets. There is a useful cloakroom/WC off the entrance hallway and a spacious utility room for golf club storage. The private swimming pool and kiddies pool are set in restful landscaped gardens with gated security to all public access.

Golfing holidays: There are 6 Championship Golf Courses within 10 minutes of Victoria Gardens, including the Victoria, whose clubhouse is within 300 metres and the Millenium,whose clubhouse is only 500 metres away. Along the Algarve there are other spectacular courses for your enjoyment. Please ask the owner for further information.

Vilamoura Facilities: All along the Marina you will find a wide selection of restaurants and sports bars to suit all tastes. It is a hive of activity, where you can choose to be active or just sit and watch the world go by. The town has a good supermarket, pharmacies,casino, tennis club, bowling club and long sandy beaches with loungers, parasols and beach restaurants.

Local markets: There are weekly markets in the nearby area which are worth a visit, including Quarteira every Wednesday and Loule each Saturday morning.There is also a fish market at the port in Quarteira for fresh seafood value.

Excellent location for family zoo marine park,beach,marina with restaurants and shopping all nearby.Beautifull apartment really enjoyed our stay.

Owner's Response: It is always helpful to receive feedback from visitors to the area.It is particularly interesting, to learn, that following a family holiday at Victoria Gardens,which is in a high density golfing location,it is the availability of other tourist facilities and activities, which are the highlight of the family holiday. For serious golfers,who are considering a golf vacation in the Algarve,I would like to highlight the suitability of this apartment,which looks out over the Millenium Golf Course and is only 300 metres from the Victoria Golf Course. For Golfing groups of 6/8 persons,please contact me directly and I will be happy to help in sourcing additional apartment accommodation in the same new complex and discuss transport and other requirements.

The master bedroom includes a walk-out west facing balcony where you can enjoy a glass of champagne while watching the spectacular sunsets. There are a selection of bedding and throws available,should they be required on the cool evenings and in the height of the summer the air-conditioning is a welcome addition.An additional single airbed is available,which fits comfortably in either bedroom.
