The apartment is located on the top floor of a Gothic palace with elevator and boasts the following features:

The living area has been adeptly divided into a living/dining room with a double sofa bed and is furnished a fireplace, and a plasma SAT TV. The room has 4 windows that overlook the square.

There is 1 double king bedroom. Furthermore, it also has 1 full bathroom. The whole apartment has air conditioning.

Kitchen is fully equipped and is decorated with a glass wall endowing guests with a magnificent view of the city which includes the towers, as well as a characteristic view of the rooftops and palaces of the city centre. In addition, from the living room, guests can also access a wonderful terrace with panoramic views furnished with table and chairs where they can dine al fresco. Furthermore, deckchairs have also been provided. From this unique, exclusive spot, you can can savour a one-of-a-kind view of Piazza San Michele and its eponymous church.

Enchanting Apartment in Lucca

We stayed in this apartment for a week this past month and had a fabulous time. The apartment had everything we needed. While we didn't cook or eat in during our stay we utilized the coffee press every morning before setting out for the day. The apartment was centrally located right in the heart of the old walled town of Lucca and close to dozens of restaurants and cafes. The listing photos were accurate and the unit was spotless. Ms. Sonia was great and very helpful. She had to wait for us to find the apartment since we kept getting lost in the rain on a Friday evening. Although we didn't get to use the outside balcony due to weather the view from it was stunning. I would highly recommend this property for a vacation and plan to go back in the future.

An Easy walking distance from the train station, this wonderful pent house apartment was beyond our expectations and everything we hoped for in our Italian vacation. Mrs. Sonia met us at the apartment and gave us all the information we needed to get around within the city walls.
Our dreams came true for the perfect vacation in our penthouse apartment with a private terrace overlooking Palazzo Ste Michelle. our apartment was Beautifully appointed, air conditioned, fully stocked kitchen, and fabulous 360 degree view form the windows all around. This is quite simply our favorite place, the best place we have ever stayed. a dream come true. Do take time to stay in Lucca and discover the walkabout wilth in the walls. and the friendly and cafe Puccini for your morning espresso or for your most delicious dinner walk out the front door across the Palazzo to the sweetest and most delicious restaurant , Lucca in Tavola with Michelle and Anita. May you have as wonderful a time in :Lucca as did we.

Beautiful View, Fantastic Apartment!

This apartment is perfectly located, and has a stunning view! It overlooks the Piazza, and is convenient to everything in Lucca including shops and restaurants. It's an easy walk to the train station, too, for taking daytrips. It is comfortably furnished making you feel right at home. The apartment was everything, and more, than I expected because it is actually larger than it looks on the website. It even has an elevator which is very unusual in buildings this old - but very welcome! However, the best feature of all is the amazing terrace! One step onto it and it takes your breath away! The view is gorgeous - the mountains, the towers, the cathedral, the terre cotta rooftops - truly magnificent!

Roberto was very kind and met us at the apartment. He was also available by phone, if we needed him. Mrs. Sonia was so helpful while we were planning our trip. Communication with her was very easy, and she always answered my questions promptly.

I highly recommend this lovely apartment! If you are going to Lucca, you will not find a better location! Actually, you will never want to leave - especially the terrace! My husband and I absolutely loved it!!

This was our favorite out of the five places we stayed in Tuscany and wish we could have stayed longer. This 5th floor apartment has a delightful terrace overlooking the Piazza San Michele with many shops, restaurants and atms/banks nearby. It is well maintained and the perfect size for two people. The owner, Roberto was helpful and friendly as well as fluent in English (fortunately for us.) The elevator does not go to the 5th floor as described in another review, but the few flights of stairs to the apartment was not a problem for us, but may be for others. Mrs. Sonia who manages the bookings was most helpful. We highly recommend this apartment and would stay there again. (Additional lighting on each side of the bed would be an added benefit as the small reading light was inadequate for bedtime reading.)

lovely summer break

My parents and I came to visit my sister in Lucca to celebrate my mother's birthday in the second week of August. Since my sister lives some distance from the centre, I decided to stay in a central flat. Booking was very easy and the owner very helpful. My family was extremely happy with the accommodation and the central location was perfect for sightseeing (including the Contemporary art museum which is well worth a visit). They were very comfortable indeed (me too!); air conditioning was more than sufficient even in a warm week. A bottle of wine and a vase of fresh flowers on the kitchen table was much appreciated on arrival. Lots of kitchen and bathroom supplies were also provided which was unexpected and most welcome. Excellent supermarket 2 minutes away and take-away food places besides the many restaurants in the area. The flat is extremely well-equipped - right next to the most famous winery in town MARSILI WINES. We loved the location, the equipment provided and the apartment itself. The rooms were comfortable and the apartment so clean, spotless and beautiful! We also had a great meal at the restaurant down the street - one of our best in Italy! We would certainly book to stay here again and would recommend it wholeheartedly to friends.
