Guestbook comments from the owner
Just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time in St Andrews at the weekend. The cottage was fab!
My name is Ailsa and this is a photo of Joanne and myself (in black) at the front door of the cottage. I look after the bookings and your pre/post-arrival and Joanne looks after the housekeeping side of our beautiful cottage. Joanne 'loves' the cottage like her own. I live in Australia, but was born in Scotland. Both my brother and mother live in St Andrews and so it makes sense to own a property in the town where my family can keep an eye on it.
We bought this property because we love the town of St Andrews - it holds a special place for us, as we were married there, and held our wedding reception at the Old Course Golf and Country Club. It is also very special to own, as it brings us closer to family living there.
I love our cottage because it is just so cosy and so completely central to everything you could want from the town of St Andrews. It's age gives it history, and stories yet to unfold!
