Not worth the rental price, very bad service

The apartment is totally overpriced and we felt very bad treated, not only when we arrived but also when we left and when we communicated our complaints to the owner. She didnt give us feedback at all and it looks she is only interested in making a lot of money without bothering about the guests at all. First we had a discussion about paypal transfer. First the owner wanted to arrange it with paypal but once the payment was done she insisted on charging us for the xtra paypal costs. When we arrived there was no one there to welcome us, we had to ask the neighbors to open the central door and wait for the cleaning girl to arrive too late. The apartment was not what we expected. The location is not in line with the price. The interior is worn out ikea and not cleaned properly. The kitchen and bathrooms are not maintained. The tv and internet were not operaring. Ventilation is not available. The main entry was not working properly and during our stay renewed without informing us so we could not enter in the middle of the night when we returned. We were unaible to reach the owner and cleaning girl during our stay. One we returned the cleaning girl left a note to change the check out time, she had entered the apt without notifying us. Even then she arrived too late for check out so we missed our taxi and almost our flight. When we arrived the apt was not properly cleaned and the listed items on the site were not available either.
When we communicated this to the owner she didnt gave us feedback at all. We travel a lot and rent worldwide apartments but never ever had this bad experience and want to warn future visitors not to rent this apartment.

Laura really helped me out in a bind. I came to London for a last minute business trip, and there were NO hotels available (the Pope was in town). At 16:00, I used the last minute request feature on airbnb to request a hotel and within half an hour she had responded and kindly offered a place she had available. In just a few hours she had the place prepared for my stay. Not only did she do a great job preparing the place to stay on such short nice, she was extremely kind and helpful. Also, the apartment is roomy, quiet and has all the necessary amenities. I will definitely contact Laura again. Thanks Laura!

It was wonderful staying at the apartment.The property was clean and well maintained.Laura and her partner Michael are extremely friendly and helpful.We had an amazing time and will recommend the apartment to all our friends planning to take a holiday in London. It is at a convenient location... a 2 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop and a 5 minutes walk to the tube station.There are plenty of grocery stores, restaurants and shops around.The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils.
Briefly...a great place to stay at.

Nous sommes venus entre amis visiter londres pour 3 jours. Nous avons été reçus par Laura et son fils comme des princes. L'appartement est superbe, vaste confortable et très bien situé. L'arrêt de métro n'est pas très loin et surtout le bus n° 15 (arrêt à 100mètres) circule toute la nuit pour les personnes qui veulent faire London by night . Nous recommandons fortement cet appartement.
