This tropical villa is luxurious and tastefully decorated. The villa has 4 bedrooms (air conditioned), 3 bathrooms (with hot water), a modern kitchen with all built-in film stock, a spacious living room with sofa, flat-screen (incl. Row channels), unlimited WIFI and seroundset. Outside a lovely front and rear porch with great views of Table Mountain and the Spanish Water, a large enclosed tropical garden, a beautiful swimming pool with wooden deck chairs and a palapa for plenty of shade. There is also a covered carport for 2 cars with electric gate, alarm system, safe, telephone and unlimited wireless Internet, including towels, linen and crockery. The villa is only 3 years old and very tastefully decorated. A place to completely unwind and a great holiday. The central location of the villa its nightlife, restaurants, cafes and popular beaches on the doorstep.
