Directly adjacent to new Arabelle Square, this location features numerous ski shops, equipment rentals, restaurants and coffee shops inside the building and within a few hundred yards of your front and back door. Owner has arranged a 20% discount on all your ski-rentals with ski shop 50 yards from entrance (ask for special code when booking)
The free Vail Village Shuttle stops directly adjacent to the building.
Access to both the mountain and to all of the town’s hot-spots couldn’t be any easier.
The contemporary but cozy apartment features high vaulted ceilings in the living room, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a wood burning fireplace, WIFI, free HD cable TV and a balcony with views onto the Arabelle square and partial views to the ski slopes, gondola and lift house.
There is absolutely no highway noise or sight (a huge problem in Vail when renting unseen).

The Loft in Vail is one of our favorite vacation homes, where we spend at least 5-6 weeks per year. It is beautifully furnished in a contemporary 'bohemian' style and does not look or feel like a typical rental apartment.

Why Remy chose Vail
We choose this property because of it's prime location. There is almost no other place in Vail which is more convenient in terms of accessing the mountain and being close to ski-shops and restaurants and the children's ski school.
What makes this apartment unique
Everything can be reached by foot. You really do not need a car except when grocery shopping in one of the larger markets (which you could do by bus or taxi). Although the the apartment is only .02 miles from the highway, there is absolutely no freeway noise or sight due to the larger buildings behind our complex.

Thank you for a wonderful family vacation. Our youngest daughter Abbey (3 ½) learned to ski this week. What a convenience and luxury to be located a few steps from the ski school. Our oldest Ryan (9 1/2) hones his skills on the mountain this year too. Warm regards
