Fully Self Contained Studio With Stunning Views Of The Swimming Pool and Sea

Our Luxury Studio apartment is located on the 5th floor (of 6),

and is accessible by lift, we are part of the Novotel Parc Montfleury, we are co-owners with the Novotel Hotel, and that

means our guests can use the facilities of the hotel, which include, swimming pool (sun beds chargable in July/August

tennis (chargable) wellness centre (chargable) Internet and WFI, restaurant and bar, guests are able to enjoy 10%discount on all of the facilities as above.

There is secure underground parking which is FREE OF CHARGE.

The apartment includes, Flat screen TV, English Sky TV, DVD player, Full Air

Conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and shower, washing machine, hair dryer, iron and board.

All linens included for 1 week, additional week/weeks changes at a small extra cost.

Welcome pack includes, tea, coffee, milk, water, shampoo`s, conditioners, soap and toiletries.

About Peter or Eileen

We are Peter and Eileen Field, originally from the UK. We have lived in France for 15years, with the last 4years in Cannes.

We are not a company, we own this one holiday rental apartment as advertised, this is why we give so much more personal attention to all of our guests.

Why Peter or Eileen chose Californie

Why, because when we were looking for a holiday home in France,

we searched everywhere along the Cote D`azur, and found that Cannes had so much more to offer, so much going on all the year round, like the Film Festival, Boat Show, Sailing Regatta, weekend antiques markets, Casinos, fab restaurants and pavement bars etc etc. A very Buzzy place indeed.

And that is why we chose Cannes rather than the other coastal towns.

What makes this apartment unique

We chose our apartment mainly because of the views from the terrace,just sitting there as evening falls having a nice glass of

Provence Rose with a few snacks, admiring the view`s etc, its all so cosy just like the interior of the apartment. Mmmmmmm!!

Parc Montfleury Californie is located in a residential area of Cannes, very quiet, but very close to the main shopping of The Croisette (1KM) and private and public beaches, all within walking distance from the apartment.

Also there are various types of restaurants that vary in cuisine and price.

Close by there is the Old Port and Old Fort of Cannes, there are the people ferries to the Islands (approx 15 mins). and ferries to St Tropez and Monte Carlo.

Excellent bus and train services (buses are fixed at 1euro) Trains go to Italy, great for market day.

The alps are about 1.5hours drive, just 30 minutes drive to the Var and its beautiful boating lakes and forests.

Many other attractions are available from the apartment.

There is a FREE shuttle service from the Novotel Hotel next to the apartment, this is subject first to hotel guests, but

normally there is always space on the bus, the bus runs on the hour, to Cannes Centre.There is also a local bus number 7 that runs outside the apartment direct to the Centre every half-hour,

at 1euro per person. Or there is a taxi rank out side the hotel

next to the apartment.

Golf: Close by Exellent Golf Courses

Ski: Approximately 1.5hours driving to the nearest ski resorts, fantastic drive and scenic routes.

A perfect property in a superb location

The photos and description of the apartment and facilities are spot on, the equipment and furnishings are of the highest standard, and we couldn't fault it. The owners Eileen and Peter were extremely helpful and nice people, making us welcome on arrival, contacting us after a day or two to see if there were any problems - there wasn't.
The property was clean, modern and relaxing, and we thought excellent value.

I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment, it is ideally situated, and the owners customer service was top class. You cannot do better in Cannes! It's great because it's in a quiet residential area yet close to the centre, the Croisette etc and a great location for visiting other parts of the Cote D'Azure & Provence.

Perfect Stay - Montfleury

Having visited Cannes several times in the past our expectations were not high. The price of accommodation for a location as ideal as this is normally higher, we felt we knew what to hope for. However, meeting our host on arrival and entering the free underground parking before taking the elevator to the 5th floor we did feel an unexpected sense of relief. The apartment is part of a hotel complex and so there is access to hotel facilities including pool, restaurants and a spa. The accommodation itself is perfectly considered for a studio apartment. A double leather sofa provides sleeping for two and a leather arm chair opens into a single bed suitable for our son - he thought this was magic. The new kitchen area and new fitted bathroom containing a small washing machine provided all the home from home comforts you would want during a short break. Our host kindly left tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk and water so we were able to have a cuppa and a rest before setting out to explore Cannes. The terrace provided a wonderful view of the bay overlooking the hotel pool. We would highly recommend this apartment, we have stayed in many large villas across Europe on family holidays and not enjoyed the attention to detail provided for here in this small, friendly, clean and welcoming accommodation. Thank you Eileen and Peter - we want to come back soon.

Abbiamo trascorso uno splendido capodanno in questo grazioso studio ben posizionato e dotato di ogni comfort. Si trova in un quartiere residenziale molto tranquillo, si sentono solo i gabbiani! Il bagno è appena stato ristrutturato, la cucina è ben fornita e l'intero alloggio è pulito e confortevole. Non manca davvero nulla! L'ampia vetrata inondava di luce l'appartamento per tutto il giorno, e grazie al clima mite abbiamo potuto mangiare sul balcone e godere del panorama nonché dei fuochi d'artificio. Abbiamo potuto usufruire anche del comodissimo garage sotterraneo dell'hotel, e ci siamo potuti tranquillamente spostare a piedi ( la Croisette è raggiungibile in 15 minuti, ma a disposizione c'è anche la navetta gratuita dell'hotel). C'è un grande supermercato nei dintorni, nonché ristoranti e pub.
I proprietari Peter e Eileen sono molto simpatici, gentili e disponibili. Hanno sempre risposto rapidamente alle mail e non ho avuto alcun problema né con la prenotazione né con il pagamento. Ci hanno dato mappe del luogo e spiegato come muoverci.
Consigliato veramente a tutti!! Spero vivamente di poterci tornare!

This apartment and location was exactly as described and was ideal for our two week stay. It was close enough to be able to walk into the centre of Cannes and the seafront. There is a bus that runs past the hotel to the bus station if needed though, we used the local bus to zip around everywhere, at 1 euro per trip per person is was a bargain. Grasse, Nice, St Tropez and all the other places to be were no problem to get to.

The apartment itself was totally self contained, comfortable, nicely furnished and had all we needed including a washing machine which proved to be a boon. This meant we needed to take only the minimum amount of clothing down thus cutting down on baggage charges on Easyjet.

We arranged the airport transfer through Peter and Eileen who met us on time and whisked us off to the apartment and back again with no fuss. Peter was very easy to deal with over the internet and replied to all emails quickly and efficiently.

Would we stay again. Definitely yes.

A lovely apartment in Cannes. Matches the description and exactely looks like the photos, no surprise.
Very clean and pleasant. The appartment has everything you might need during your stay - full ktichen accesorries, fridge, washing machine, hair drier, Iron, towels and a very nice "welcome package" - water, milk, coffee, ...

Peter and Eileen are very nice people !
They bought specially for our arrival a cot for our one year old baby, so we could be much more comfortable. It was just great.

The apartment is walking distance to the centre and has a big supermarket nearby.
As the appartment is part of the Novotel residence, it was great to be able to use the swimming pool, and have breakfast in the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay very much and will recommend this appartment to everyone.
