My husband and I just celebrated our 9 year anniversary and Salt Lake City is our home. Our goal is to provide personalized touches that make our guests feel at home and ensure they have a clean and comfortable stay with THE closest access to all the action downtown.
Upstairs has lots of light, and two bedrooms plus full bath. Main floor features solid hand-scraped hickory wood flooring, large window seat, 42' tv with Comcast cable and wireless internet through-out and beautiful updated kitchen with matching stainless steel appliances. Downstairs bedroom has it's own bath and shower - providing guests separate enough sleeping areas for privacy.
Great sunlight through large windows and high ceilings on the main floor and upstairs. The window seat in the living room is perfect to enjoy the historic charm, open floor plan and and modern finishes. It is close enough to downtown (literally right down a hill and you are there) and located on the East side of the valley. Don't be fooled by other folks vague location description. (*LOCALS TIP: You don't want to spend too much time on I-15 in traffic or commuting from the West side of I-15 if you can avoid it.* Being so close to all the great restaurants and grocery options also really adds to the experience.)
