An absolutely stunning, light and airy, architectural design urban space in a peaceful neighbourhood. 90m2 have been molded to create an open plan modern and elegant apartment, with its own entrance and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors onto a private courtyard area, situated in the fashionable area of Belsize Park.

This bright and spacious, beautifully presented space was very recently fully renovated and newly furnished throughout to the highest of standards with under floor heating throughout. The apartment contains beautiful custom made sheepskin beanbags and rugs by Made and a collection of original artwork adorning the walls.

The bedroom area boasts a truly superb and comfortable king size bed with an excellent quality memory foam mattress ensuring a wonderful night’s sleep. Waking up in a peaceful, quiet place is very refreshing and makes this home a perfect urban retreat.

The new kitchen is fully equipped with the latest conveniences including a N espresso machine, a full size electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, dishwasher & washer/dryer. The dining table seats 6min. Iron and ironing board provided.

The separate shower room is a newly built modern wet room finished to an extremely high standard with a rain shower. Monogrammed towels, slippers, dressing gowns & hairdryer provided.

The living area is equipped with a double sofa bed.

There is also a work area with a desk large enough to accommodate two people+ 'IDAPT' universal charger

With free super fast broadband WiFi internet access, Hi Definition TV including the ultimate Sky package (satellite) with a fantastic selection of channels.

It is an ideal place from where you can explore London in all its glory and still have plenty of space and a good night’s rest.

The area, although only a stone’s throw from central London, has a charming village atmosphere, with the buzzing high street and a lovely selection of local shops, restaurants, cafes, charming pubs, bars, a health and beauty spa, the Hampstead theater (Swiss Cottage) and a boutique cinema where they will serve you a glass of wine to your seat (the Everyman Belsize Park) just around the corner. Along with historical landmarks to visit within walking distance, including Keats’ House (home of the poet) and Kenwood House (as featured in the film Notting Hill).

A short walk down the hill in Camden there is London’s most famous street market as well as a great range of bars, pubs, restaurants and gig venues, including the Roundhouse that hosts theatre and music performances regularly.

We had a wonderful time here. The location is terrific - a short walk to the tube if you want to go into central London, but plenty of good restaurants, etc. right in the neighborhood. Also, the apartment is very quiet at night, which together with the comfortable bedding, towels, etc., made for a very relaxing stay. The owner is great to work with and we would definitely return!

A Taste of Local Life

The unit was a perfect fit for our family vacation. We spent 3 nights and the quiet neighborhood was perfect after a day of seeing the busy London sights. The apartment is just like in the pictures and is quite large. The three of us were very comfortable with plenty of room to lounge about. We used the tube to get from Heathrow and it took us about an hour door-to-door. There are two tube stations nearby (Jubilee and Northern) which made it very convenient to get to anywhere we needed in London. The British underground employees are very helpful and always seem to be available. The WiFi worked great, and I did get a glimpse of British TV. Washing machine worked great and Emily left a cheat sheet on how to work the washer/dryer functions, for those of us unaccustomed to how the European machines work. There is also a nespresso machine that makes great coffee. Emily left us a little gift pack of nespresso pods, milk, and the best British cheddar cheese, also cookies and crackers to snack, fresh flowers were on the counter as well. The Tesco is right around the corner, as are local pubs and restaurants. We try to get a feel of what local life is like and you can only do that away from the touristy places; Emily’s place fit the bill perfectly.

Lovely flat & owner

This flat is perfectly located to experience a neighborhood feel while in London. Belsize Park was a nice escape each evening from our busy day sightseeing. We loved that there are many local restaurants and we took full advantage of the local grocery stores. The flat was clean and the amenities were accurately described and well maintained. We had excellent weather so we used the outdoor area both mornings and evenings. Emily and Brad were friendly and helpful. I will definitely be recommending Emily's properties to friends.

Modern, Comfortable, Quiet - Great location

The apartment is spacious and tastefully decorated. The bed is very comfy as are the bean bag chairs! We loved the patio area for relaxing with a glass of wine and the evening edition at the end of a long day sight seeing. The apartment is a short walk from either the Jubilee Line or the Northern Line so getting around is very easy. There are some great restaurants and groceries in the neighborhood on Hammerstock Hill; left for Belisize Park for more upscale selections.

Three week holiday in London

Perfect! The flat is lovely, exactly as shown in the pictures. Spotless, which is very important to me. We were 4 people staying with my husband and two daughters (13 & 11) and we were very comfortable. The duvets are thick and warm, the sheets clean and crisp and I could not possibly find anything wrong with the flat. The bathroom takes a bit of getting used to because it is a wet room and not a conventional shower, but it was not a problem. In the kitchen we had everything we needed and everything was new and in mint condition (washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge), we even invited friends over a couple of times. The area, we already knew and loved, is beautiful, safe and perfect to "live like a Londoner"... I highly recommend an early morning stroll to Primrose Hill (circa 7:30am) well worth getting up early to "converse with the sun" as Blake put it.

Having said all the above I still have not mentioned the best thing of staying at this flat, Emily and Brad! They are kind and lovely hosts respectful of the guests privacy but ready to help with any need and be accommodating to changes, calls, queries.... I cannot thank them enough! For us there is no nicer place to stay in London.

This is a really beautiful property it is recently refurbished to a very high standard. It is a private property with your own private entry phone system, walk way and entrance. It is very close to the Jubilee Line which is a super fast tube line and will get you to central London in 8 minutes.
