Great place in the perfect location

Wonderful place, full of charm, character and clean. Provided everything we needed for our 3 night break! The washer and dryer allowed us to catch up on some much needed laundry during our long road trip. Off street parking was great to have and it is walking distance to a small grocery store for essentials. Also walking distance to the beach, pier and state street so we had no need to drive while we were here. Thank you Ian!

Santa Barbara Rental

My wife, two grown kids, and I stayed here last weekend, and could not have been happier. The property exceeded all our expectations. The vibe, inside and out, was pure Santa Barbara-esque! Working with Ian was a real pleasure, he was super responsive and chill! The property was immaculate and well appointed. The location was fantastic, easy short, walk to harbor, State Street, the Funk Zone. Do not hesitate to rent here!!

Great spot for a mini-vacay

A friend and I spent three nights at this apartment and had a lovely time. The location, furnishings, decor - all exceptional. Very clean, very comfortable, and nicely appointed. Thanks for a terrific stay!

Best location

Charming Old California home minutes away from State St and many local attractions. Owners were quick to respond, gave detailed instructions for check-in/out. Off street parking made it easy to get in and out of the neighborhood.
