This charming, cosy Spanish beach house is less than 100 metres from the largest, unspoilt sandy beach in the Costa Blanca. Light, airy and sunny, and shaded by an arched, covered terrace, (naya) with large lemon tree at the front and grape vines at the back allowing cool breezes to flow through from the sea. There are all round views from the roof terrace to the mountains and the Mediterranean.

There are 2 double bedrooms, a large shower room, a big open fireplace & a kitchen with fridge freezer and washing machine. There is also an outside oven, BBQ and shaded car port. The garden is large and enclosed and safe for pets and/or children (!). Cots & High Chairs are available to rent.

Bicycles are also available to rent - (one of the nicest ways to explore this tranquil and rural area).

This property is situated between the traditional beach town of Oliva and Oliva Nova Golf complex if you want luxury hotel experience and first class golf etc. This section of beach is the only real remaining undeveloped beachside on the Costa Blanca and property to rent in this area is highly sought after. Few of these traditionally Spanish properties ever become available for holiday rentals as most are holiday properties for the local population who come down for the summer.

Most value the 'getting away from it all' and the lack of TV/internet - but for those that don't - there are internet access points in Oliva Beach and also at Olivanova Golf just down the road.

It's a special place for special people..... so enjoy!

    Bookings are usually taken from Saturday to Saturday - but subject to availability we will always try to be flexible as sometimes flights can be significantly less expensive travelling mid week - talk to us & we can see what we can do!
    Payment in Euros please, however if this is a problem we can arrange payment to be made in the UK
  • * 30% deposit is required to secure bookings with remaining balance due 8 weeks before arrival date.

We needed a peaceful and tranquil spot to get away from the noisy world and found this perfect gem. Absolutely ideal place to just relax. The beach is a moments walk away and stretches for miles. We took walks each day taking lunch in either Oliva or Denia. The villa is quite basic but more than adequate for a tranquil stay. Definitely recommended to get away from the rat race

A Rare Find

This place is a jewel to find these days... especially being a few minutes walk through sand dunes to the Mediterranean with little or no building and not a high rise block of apartments in sight! Miles of beautiful beach, clear waters and 'civilisation' near enough if you need/want it - if you fancy venturing further. We didn't apart from the occasional meal out in Oliva Port & at the (very good!) yacht Club.. The house is basic but lovely and had everything we needed (good quality sheets too!) and is really well priced even in high season. Highly recommended as a get away from it all.

My partner and I came over for a long weekend and were blown away by the location.

This fantastic beach house sits right on the edge of one of the biggest beaches I have been to in my life. We have already booked to come back in the summer, was one of the most relaxing holidays we have been on. Thank you!!

Nice holiday home

We had a great time here. Oliva has a relatively quiet, clean beach (compared to Denia) and the house is very close to it. The house itself is maybe not very modern and not built for tall Dutchies, but we found it ideal 'to get away from it all' with its lovely terrace for late night wining and BBQ. Expect lots of space, clean air and privacy.

In all honesty, you really need a car to get there and the (great) Oli Ba Ba bar may keep you awake at night (so just join the party).
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
