Scottsdale has been my home since childhood, and I've seen Scottsdale enjoy a lot of growth and expansion over the years, and Scottsdale Down Town Old Town just gets better and better in my opinion. I feel privileged to be able to share with others the opportunity to experience the rich life that continues in the core of Scottsdale where it all began over a hundred years ago.
Blen purchased this condo in 2005
Why Blen chose Old Town Scottsdale
This particular property struck me as different than so many that I scouted in the Scottsdale Old Town area. It was built in 1974, and unlike many I viewed, this one offered a lot of architectural interest and huge ceilings--creative and spacious!
What makes this condo unique
The huge setback from the street, the generous shade from the trees, and the diffused light of dusk or dawn makes these two north facing covered patios some of the most relaxing I've experienced for either entertaining or soaking in the experience of being in the moment. Whether to recharge your batteries at the end of the day, or for the more prolonged retreat, this place can nurture the soul; being open to it is up to you. :D
