Apartment very spacious with tall ceilings, chalet-style in historic downtown pedestrian streets of Cadiz. Fully equipped, air-conditioning. Very quiet and bright. It has a private terrace and a veranda of 70m with panoramic views of the city. Next to all amenities: restaurants, supermarkets, shops, market, public parking, taxi and bus access to the modern part of town and beaches, gardens, public squares, museums and galleries. Finca del S. Century, fully restored architecture typically Cadiz 4 floors. Attention has no lift, a neighbor per floor.

More details: Penthouse Loft, large space and high ceilings in the nineteenth century manor house completely restored .. Private roof terrace and veranda with magnificent views of 70m panoramic city and harbor. Bright and quiet 4th floor without elevator, but stairs comfortable.

We had a great fortnight at this tidy well furnished flat ideally situated in the Old town. Everything is virtually next door, from a choice of restaurants and bars, transport (train, bus and ferry), a supermarket if you are inclined to cook and plenty of interesting clothes and shoe shops. The lower terrasse (patio) provides a shady place for an afternoon siesta, the roof terrasse a view of the cruise ships in the habour and the cathedral.The owners and Rosa were extremely helpful and friendly, and we are in particular grateful for their recommendation of restaurants which we might have missed otherwise.
Highly recommended and we hope to be back.

We have just returned from a lovely holiday staying at this lovely apartment. The roof terrace has amazing views, and the apartment itself is very tasteful and clean, and in a lovely block. We would love to come back!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

Diese sehr schöne Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in Cadiz. in 10 Minuten ist man am Bahnhof oder an der Bushaltestelle für Fernbusse. Bäcker, Supermarkt und die zentrale Einkaufsstraße ("Ancha") sind direkt vor der Haustür.
Obwohl die Wohnung so zentral liegt ist sie sehr ruhig und man kann im sonst oft so lautem Cadiz erholsam schlafen. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist sehr modern. Waschmaschine und eine komplett eingerichtete Küche stehen zur Verfügung.
Eines der Highlights der Wohnung ist die private Dachterasse, von der man einen schönen Blick über Cadiz hat. Eine weitere etwas geschütztere Terasse ist für ein Frühstück unter freiem Himmel optimal.
Die Abwicklung der Formalitäten mit dem Vermieter und die Abnahme der Wohnung zu Urlaubsende durch die Reinigungsdame liefen problemlos ab.
Absolute Empfehlung für alle, die die Vorzüge der schönen Altstadt zu schätzen wissen!!!
