Very bright, all rooms are exterior with plenty of sunshine. It's a very quiet top floor. You can access a wide common terrace where you can sunbathe and see beautiful views of the city. It is fully equipped and the property is located in the historic center lift.

The best place we've stayed in our 8 Barcelona winters. Perfect balance of comfort, location and price. Wonderful owners who speak perfect English and go out of their way to insure your comfort. Location is ideal in the heart of Born, 100 steps from the front doors of the historic Santa Maria del Mar church, immortalized in the book "Cathedral of the Sea". The apartment is compact, but utilizes space well. Two people have everything you need:full bedroom, bath w/tub & mounted handheld shower, sleeper couch, dining table w/4 chairs, full kitchen w/dishwasher, and washing machine. Central location-walk to zoo, beach, museums, La Seu Cathedral, Las Ramblas, boqueria market, Placa Catalunya, supermarkets, bus, metro and train stops- all 5 to15 minutes. TV has the Paramount channel featuring movies in English all day and the WIFI works well.

Very nice, cozy and clean apartment. 10 minutes to the beach, 5 to the nearest subway station. Very well equiped. Rosa was very kind and helpful. There are supermarkets nearby. It's located in the middle of the Born, so you have many fantastic places to eat and drink very near. It's on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator!
We would definitely go back.
