Hi I'm Cliff Palermo. My family and I love providing great places for travelers to call home, while away from home since 2011.
Cliff Palermo purchased this apartment in 2013
Located in DuPont circle, mixed in with the embassy. Great metro access, and of course the fabulous Restaurant Nora is a stone throw away.
Come in, drop your luggage and enjoy the city in style!
We spent 5 weeks here in Jan/Feb 2015 and loved it. The location can simply not be beat. Four blocks from the Metro, surrounded by beautiful late 19th and early 20th century homes and museums, near restaurants and entertainment.
Cliff, Paul and David could not be nicer, more accommodating hosts. The few issues that came up were addressed promptly, pleasantly and competently. When the Internet speed was an issue for our work, a new Wifi repeater was installed by Cliff and gave us much better speeds.
We would stay here again.
We stayed in this apartment between Christmas and New Years with myself, my husband and two teenagers and we loved it! The apartment is in a great area. It is on a really pretty tree lined street among many embassies. It is only a very short 2 block walk to Starbucks and all of the other great shops/restaurants in Dupont Circle. It is a short walk to the Metro which was very easy to take into downtown DC. My daughter and I walked into Georgetown and it was a beautiful walk through all the gorgeous streets of Georgetown and only took about 15-20min, much closer than I expected. We rented the apartment at the very last minute but everything was so easy and seamless. The apartment itself is really nice and has been modernized. The bedroom is really big and comfortable. The only suggestion would be a dresser as other people have mentioned since it is hard to live out of a suitcase. The bedroom is so large so there is ample room for one. The two TV's were great and two fireplaces! I thought 5 days would be a little too long but there is so much to see that we couldn't even see a fraction of all there is in DC. I would definitely rent this property again!
I was in DC attending a professional conference---I had my two children (6 and 1) with me and my husband. This was the perfect location--lots of places to eat and shop nearby and the Dupont Metro stop was just a few minutes walk from the place. The neighborhood is cute and safe to explore. The apartment itself was plenty of room for the four of us--the bed was very comfortable and I appreciated that the owners stocked the place with basic necessities (soaps for laundry, dishwashing etc). I look forward to my next stay!
This apartment was perfect for our trip to DC. Starbucks is 2 blocks away, the metro is 4 blocks and countless bars around the area. The bedroom is large and the living room is a great set up. It was freezing when we were there but the heater kept us warm. It even has a washer and dryer in the apt so we could wash our clothes for our week in NY. I do have one complaint: the lock in the front door should be replaced!!! It feels like you're going to snap the key in two every time you open it. It's super old and I could get in the door once. Luckily my wife was upstairs and let me in out of the cold. But other than that I'd recommend this apartment to anyone. We had a great stay. Thank you
We traveled with 2 adults and 3 teen boys. The condo had 1 bedroom and 1 bath. A kingsize bed in the bedroom and 2 rollaway beds plus a futon in the living room. There was plenty of space for all 5 of us. It was in a great location just a few minutes away from the subway and good restaurants, especially Larry's icecream shop for the kids. There is an upscale restaurant across the street. There are 2 televisions with full cable, one in the bedroom and 1 in the living room. The internet connection works well. The kitchen is good with a dining room table. You can catch the Big Bus to tour DC just up the street. We had a wonderful visit and would definitely recommend this condo to stay in if you are visiting Washington DC.
We just returned from a long weekend in DC touring the sites. This apartment was located in the perfect location--safe area, lots of restaurants, close to everything. We took the metro from the airport and then walked most places all weekend. We were not at the apartment much but it was nice to come "home" to a place each night. The king size bed was comfortable, there were plenty of towels, it was nice to have a washing machine and dryer, the internet worked great and there were 2 televisions. I would stay here again.
Take a 4 minute walk to the metro, and enjoy the beautiful embassies.
The White House is a 20 minute walk away.
Catch the Metro or walk to Georgetown to shop and dine.
