One, 3 bedroomed, two, one bedroomed cottages, Broughton Mills near Coniston

Swallows Nest a traditional lakeland barn which has been fully tastefully renovated in 2005 to provide luxury and stylish self-catering accommodation providing 3 bedrooms, 1 family bathroom, 1 en-suite wet room, and an open plan kitchen,dining and living area, with beamed ceiling and open fire. Features include under floor heating on the ground floor with exposed beams,some tiled floors, modern appliances, including dishwasher. A separate utility room housing boiler and washer suitable for the safe storage of bikes, walking boots etc. Full oil central heating.

Lind End (one bedroom) is next door to Swallows Nest is newly available and is warm and comfortable with heating provided by an air source heat pump. Out door seating.

Hobkin Cottage is spacious warm and comfortable being one bedroomed accommodation all on the ground floor, shower room, kitchen and lounge/dining room with log fire and electric radiators. Garden with summerhouse available for guests to use.

The properties are situated in the popular and unspoilt valley of Broughton Mills and are near to Lakes and Coast. Superb walking area. Sorry no pets

Private semi-detached spacious barn conversion sleeping up to eight in three bedrooms. (6+2). Lounge with leather settees and open fire (initial fuel supplied), dining area and fully fitted kitchen. One ground-floor en-suite bedroom with super king bed. This bedroom is wheelchair accessible with the en-suite wet-room being spacious and warm. Two further bedroom are to be found on the first floor each having double and single beds.
