Two bedroom apt on exclusive gated complex in dream location with sea views

This beautiful, fully equipped apartment is in a wonderful, secluded yet accessible location, situated steps from the sea within an exclusive private gated complex. The large veranda leading from the lounge overlooks the blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea, and offers magnificent sunsets all year round. This apt has been furnished in a modern, minimalist yet comfortable style to the highest standard. The lounge has the traditional high ceiling so well known in Cyprus for its coolness, aided by air con if required. There are plenty of parking space within the complex including one allocated to AquaMarina. Should you not wish to hire a car, approx 300m away is the bus stop at Pentaras restaurant, on the main bus route between Paphos and Coral Bay, buses run every 15-20 mins.

Less than 50 metres from the apartment is the shared swimming pool with Roman steps and a separate children’s pool that have uninterrupted views of the sea below. There are pool showers, toilets and changing rooms.

The apartment facilities include an iPod docking station with various adaptors for the different iPods and access to wifi broadband and up to fourteen UK TV channels (IPTV) including the five main channels and Sky News if required.

AquaMarina is a beautiful apartment with A* decor and furnishings. A kitchen which has every facility you might require. Always spotless when you arrive. Real Value for Money accommodation



The flat is part of a small gated complex (community), with swimming pool, your own parking space. The complex has a sense of 'peace and security'.

The wonderful Terrace/balcony has magnificent views over the Mediterranean, with matching views of the sunsets. The balcony is a perfect place to eat, or perfect for an after dinner coffee and Cypriot brandy, after having eaten

in one of the many brilliant restaurants in Paphos town. It is also only a five minute drive away from Paphos's own fun Light House beach and bar.



We have been to the flat for at least the last six years, which we cannot fault. Hopefully we will continue coming to AquaMarina for many years to come.

Very nice place

We stayed at the appartment for 2 1/2 weeks.

The whole place met our expectations.

You'll find the appartment just outside Paphos in the village of Chlorakas.The appartment is situated within a gated and quiet complex and it's just a few meters to the seafront.

The balcony offers a nice view on the coastline and the shipwreck off the coast.

The appartment itself is very well maintained and well equipped. Everything is in good condition, as the owners themself seem to stay at this place sometimes. All rooms are airconditioned.

Only downside was, that the a/c in the masterbedroom had a malfunction and needed replacement. The owner sent a worker on the spot, but he wasn't able to get a new device within our stay. Although this was somewhat troublesome (hence only 4 stars) it shows, that they really care about the apartment and that you can expect a new a/c for future stays.

All in all we enjoyed our stay very much and can recommend a stay at this nice place.

Superb accommodation in ideal location

Lovely apartment with all the necessary amenities. Clean and tidy we have stayed in this complex many times and we love it. Its an ideal location , short drive from the airport. Recommend hiring a car to get the most out of holiday. Excellent communication and customer service from the owners.

Long winter break in a fabulous apartment

What a find! A beautifully positioned apartment with the Med on our doorstep (literally). A welcome pack awaited us upon our arrival in this well-maintained, clean and modern 2 bed top floor `home-from-home with an expansive balcony. All mod cons and plenty of outside furniture.
The electronic awning which extends across the balcony is a real boon for those very hot high sun days.
Internally, very well comfortably furnished with well apportioned kitchen and living space. We enjoyed living there for 2 months and our standards for domesticity are very high.
We had excellent communication with the owners from initial contact through planning our break and during our stay.
This was our third time in Arcadia and we cannot recommend it highly enough albeit that we'd prefer not to as once Paradise is defined it can be lost to influx from others.
This is an exceptionally good location within easy reach of new and old Paphos. Buses travel regularly from the end of the road but as far as we're concerned, a car is an essential tool for getting out and about to see Cyprus.
The main 5* rating here in Aquamarina is the wonderful accommodation, high level of appointment throughout and a balcony / view to die for!
It is our intention to return to Aquamarina at the earliest opportunity.

Lovely apartment in a lovely location

We have stayed at Arcadia on numerous occasions and we are never let down by the private complex. From the booking, to arrival greeting and the facilities within the apartment are first class. Very clean,very comfortable, well maintained and homely.What more would you need? The complex is well maintained and still unspoilt, having the pool to ourselves many times. Whilst the complex is very quiet, amenities are nearby if needed.
We would recommend this apartment for anyone who would like accommodation that is easy to get to, out of the hustle and bustle but near enough if needed and who likes the quiet and peace whilst watching sun going down over a nice meal and drink.

Would definitely recommend a stay at this Apt

We stayed here in Oct 2010 for 2 weeks - Apt has great location, right beside the sea with brilliant views...sit on the balcony and watch the sunset each evening..so relaxing. Apt was lovely, very well equipped, TV, DVD,plenty of books, Air Con.The owners also provided lots of information of places to visits, restaurants etc...There is a huge balcony, great place to chill out and unwind. Can't wait to get back to Cyprus and would definitely stay here again...Would not hesitate to recommend this lovely apt - you will enjoy!

Highly recommend staying here.

Have rented in Cyprus probably 10 odd times and being a Cypriot born in the UK I'd say tis has been the best place so far. Great location, good size accommodation and all very well organised. Fantastic views, and the fact you can hear the waves crashing as you drift off, makes it a great place for those wanting to unwind. Highly recommend staying here.

Paphos is on the south-western coast of Cyprus and is steeped in history with many archaeology sites including Roman villas and mosaics, the Tombs of the Kings (a UNESCO World Heritage site), the Odeon amphitheatre which stages live events and the Byzantine fort in the harbour. Paphos is blessed with an ideal Mediterranean climate with year-round sea breezes so suitable for sightseeing. While the summers are long and hot, winters are quite short and pleasantly warm.

Between Paphos and Coral Bay Chlorakas has an upper site where the local amenities can be found - banks, shops, supermarket, restaurants and tavernas, and a lower site on the sea front, opposite the shipwreck.

Along the coast to the west is the beautiful, unspoilt Akamas peninsular with hiking in the Avkas Gorge and turtles at Lara beach.

Paphos has something for everyone from historical sites to clubs, lazy people-watching at the harbour-side restaurants to boat rides, sea fishing and fun at the huge water park.
