Newly refurbished this Summer this apartment offers the highest specification holiday let accommodation available in Dublin. It is bright, spacious and fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable including an Apple IPad (On Request), High Speed Broadband (24Mgb) WiFi access, cable TV, Blu Ray, High Definition TV and an IPod/IPhone Docking station. 2nd Mobile Broadband connection also available, if required when travelling. The apartment also includes a well equipped kitchen. It has a sunny, south facing balcony and open views of green space from both bedrooms, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

The Apartment is located in the prestigious gated development of Collins Square, which is next door to The National Museum, and sits directly beside the LUAS (Tram) stop . It is within walking distance of the main shopping and business districts and the picturesque Phoenix Park.

This property is located next to the National Museum of Ireland and guests can either walk into the city centre along the Liffey (20 minutes) or take a 5 minute tram ride from outside the museum next door. The Four Courts building is also close by.

Great location. Luas line right outside door and red/green tourist bus stop one block over. Very secure location and easy walk to centre of Dublin. Head over to Jamisons distillery for supermarket, or convenience store one street away.

Great apartment!

Despite a small communication mix-up upon arrival, our stay in the apartment was great. In a quiet part of town but within easy walking distance to many parts of the city (Temple Bar, Phoenix Park, Guinness Storehouse, Jameson's distillery etc.) The Luas being right outside was great for going further out or bad weather. Beds were quite comfortable, apartment was very clean and all the conveniences one needs were available. We mostly shopped at a local convenience store a few blocks away but discovered a fabulous grocery on our last day, "Fresh", near the Smithfield apartments next to Jameson's. Wish we had known about it earlier in the week (but now you do!). I would definitely recommend staying here over a hotel.

Excellent price, location and help from owners

We stayed for a week in this accommodation with my daughter and her boyfriend and the location was perfect -- especially for New Yorkers who don't mind walking a bit.

The tram is just around the corner and Dublin is an easy city to get around.

We arrived a bit early, because our flight arrived in the morning, but we checked in without any problem. Everybody was very helpful.

Comfortable Dublin Apartment

Apartment was nice and very comfortable. Location was ok as long as you are willing to take the LUAS into City Centre which is quite convenient since the stop is just a block away from flat. Convenience to Heuston train station is a plus to visit sites outside Dublin. Nothing much to speak of around immediate area of apartment.

Why stay in a hotel? WHY?

My family and I were in Ireland for a total of eleven nights, with seven of them spent in this flat. I can't impress upon you fully how much you should consider staying here instead of a hotel.

Think of this: you get MUCH more space, including two bedrooms and two bathrooms, you get a fully-equipped kitchen, you get a very comfortable living room, and you even get the use of a washer/dryer for your clothes.

Add to that a nice little balcony, a great TV, strong, fast internet connection, and even an iPad to use while you're there.

All of this for the same (or probably even less) than you'd spend for a hotel room.

Did I mention that the LUAS light rail system operates a stop almost directly in front of the building? Or that the Heuston train station is approximately two blocks away and can be reached in maybe five minutes on foot?

Believe me, you can't go wrong by staying here. I was loathe to return to a hotel after spending a week here, right in the middle of everything Dublin has to offer. If you are the walking type, no transportation is necessary to make your way all over the city with this flat as your home base. If you don't feel like walking, then just hop on the LUAS- it really couldn't be easier.

Add to that the fact that the rental process was easy, and the owner was very pleasant and couldn't have been more accommodating, and you have the basis for a very happy stay in Dublin.

We used this flat as a 'base of operations' for visits to family and other locations all over Ireland. It was so nice to come back to a comfortable living area after a day of sightseeing or traveling. And unlike a hotel, if weather or other reasons force a 'day inside', you will have enough space for everyone in your party without feeling like you're on top of each other.

I really, truly, can't say enough about what a nice experience this was for us.
