Marbella centre - A stunning penthouse with large wraparound balcony - sleeps 7

Ideally located in the centre of Marbella. This recently built 9th floor 200 Sq meter penthouse apartment with a 150 sq. meter wrap around balcony has spectacular views of the sea, beach, Paseo Maritimo (promenade) as well as the beautiful Mountains which are the backdrop to Marbella. It is a short 150 meter walk to one of the nicest beaches in Marbella (Fontanilla beach). 2 minute walk to the Marina and a 5 minute walk to the lovely Old Town of Marbella, with it's charming cobbled streets, superb shops and great restaurants. There is a supermarket straight across the road from the apartment.

The apartment is surrounded by good quality shops, restaurants, bars etc.and all local amenities.

Marbella town is a wonderful destination for all types of travellers, with its beautiful beaches, shops, historical Old Town and is a great base to be able to visit Gibraltar, Seville, Granada etc. Much of its charm is centred around the Old Town district and the spacious Plaza de los Naranjos, a public square in central Marbella, surrounded by many grand buildings, including the town hall (ayuntamiento). Large areas of Marbella were renovated and improved during the 1990s, including many of the streets and beaches. With a stunning coastline stretching for more than 25 km / 16 miles, the sandy beaches of Marbella are without doubt the resort's main tourist attraction, with many being lined by the Marbella Paseo Maritimo, a scenic boardwalk.

Notes: Notes on accommodation: All water in the apartment is softened and there is a 5 stage water filter attached to the kitchen sink which supplies drinking water of a quality superior to bottled water. The apartment has air-conditioning (hot/cold) throughout. Outside: The outdoor terrace comprises 150sq.m. The north terrace has a BBQ and dining tables. The south facing terrace has a 5 seater state of the art hot tub with built in music system. On the east terrace there is an outdoor shower and an exercise machine. There are 8 sun loungers provided. Euromar 2, Marbella Luxury 3 bedroom Penthouse Apt

Hi Des,
after spending three days at Euromar 2 penthouse let me congratulate you for the great offering. Although the wheather could be somehow better (:-)) ), we are spending a great time here and we definitely will come back. The location is great, views are excellent (even much better than first beach line).
Everything went fine with Christine and Nathalie (her daughter) - please send us our best regards. If you may here that the owners would like to sell.... :-)

As far as I remember we talked about a preliminary reservation for the summer time. Could you please send me the dates we have had in mind - just for our time planning. In addition, I can remember that you have a reservation table of Euroma 2 on your webpages - however, i couldn´t find it. Could you please send me the link - for our travel plans in autumn/winter respectively 2013 (we (my wife Beate and myself) plan to spend some weeks or even months in Marbella in 2013). This reservation table would allow us to make specific plans.

Sorry for bothering your with lots of questions. However, lets use our enthusiasm now for future vacation (our) respectiveley business (yours :-) ).

What a wonderful appartment bedrooms were of a good size with more than enough wardrobe space also super walk in shower with his & hers sinks,also plenty of towels.the welcome pack which included bread,butter, fruit and also a bottle of sparkling wine was more than we expected just perfect. we used the hot tub most days listening to the music just a great way to relax,the owners have put a lot of thought into the decor and furnishing of the apparment,great position with a supermarket across the road and also plenty of cafes bars and restaurants near by,we would certainly recommend this appartment and will be returning. i would also like to say it was immaculate.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers

The photos of the Penthouse did it justice & were very accurate. It was clean & very well maintained. Bedrooms were all a good size & so was the kitchen/dining room - plenty of room for a party of 6. The view of the sea from the lounge was lovely. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils and plates, mugs, glasses etc, very much a home from home. The owner provided very good customer care - our query about using the Jacuzzi was dealt with on the same day (we didnt actually get round to using it but it looked lovely) as was the heating of the water (there's a switch by the front door). Lazing on the many balconies & walking to & along the promenade were about as much as we did - both highly recommended, though there was some road noise from the balconies, oh and shopping at La Canada for food - 5 to 8 minute drive away. Would definately stay there again & recommend to others if you want to be in the centre of Marbella & have a free parking space - a must.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing
