Off the kitchen is a huge deck with dining set, overlooking a park like backyard. The outdoor Shower is a great way to refresh after a day at the beach. Close proximity to the best North Fork wineries. Perfect location for North Fork's famous Jazz on the Vine!
A long overdue but heartfelt glowing review of Bunny Lane. This inviting home is equally secluded and accessible, situated in a perfect location whether you want to walk to the beach or take a short drive to any of the nearby charming communities. You can walk to Legends for a drink or bite to eat, or dine on the deck in the spacious backyard that offers comfort, privacy, and plenty of room for the kids to run around and explore. The guest book in the home suggests that it has hosted many very satisfied guests who have enjoyed their stay and exploring the area.
The North Fork is one of our favorite places to visit as a family, as it allows us to get away while feeling right at home. Highly recommended!
We had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and exactly what we were expecting. Owner was very helpful and accommodating. The back yard was tremendous and my little girl really enjoy it.
We went to Long Island to attend a friend's wedding near Stony Brook, but wanted to find a nice place to spend a few days. And we couldn't have been happier with 410 Bunny Lane. I had not visited the North Fork before and was happily surprised at how beautiful the area was and how well situated the house was. It wasn't too far from central Long Island and everything was easily accessible in the North Fork. We visited a brewery, winery, and went out to Orient Point and the state park. We had great food at Legend's and A Touch of Venice. We were able to take nice walks around New Suffolk. The house was immaculate and well-equipped, roomy and cozy at the same time. The back yard was large, beautifully landscaped, and we spent a good amount of time on the deck admiring the garden. I would return to the same place if I visited the North Fork again, and would recommend the house to anyone.
This is cute, comfortable, clean property with many amenities. Short walk to the beach. Easy drive to wineries, local shops, and restaurants (Love Lane Kitchen and Magic Fountain were favorites). The property owner is extremely nice and responsive. Highly recommended!!
Very good accommodation with beautiful gardens. Enjoyed the birdsong and fireflies. Excellent location with short walk to beach. Easy access to wineries which offer informative tours and live music at weekends. Area is unspoilt with lots of beautiful beaches and rolling countryside. Played cricket on the lawn, saw the Wednesday sailboat race and explored the North Fork, which we preferred to the more commercialised South Fork. Plenty to see and do. A very relaxing holiday.
Sensational property and home. Big rooms, loved the eat-in kitchen, great to have the extra bathroom. Impeccably clean home, deck and yard. Loved how quiet the street was, just the sound of birds and evening crickets yet close enough to walk to the New Suffolk beach. Besides time spent at the beach, we drove to the Montauk Lighthouse, ate at the family-oriented Country Cafe and Ice Cream parlor and had more (!) ice cream at the Mattituck Magic Fountain. Visited Greenport for rides on the Carousel and a boat tour on the Glory with the entertaining Captain David. Needed more time to spend out there! Would highly recommend this property to everyone: couples, families, friends...
