This is a fabulous apartment set in the heart of London, moments away (by foot) from many London attractions.

The apartment is quiet at night as the bedrooms are at the rear of the building away from any possibility of noise. Moments away are some excellent of bars, restaurants and shops, and parks.

This cosy apartment is ideal for families on vacation and business travellers alike. It has a double bed in the bedroom, a further double in the smaller second bedroom, a double sofa bed in the lounge, and semi separated kitchen; it can easily accommodate 6 adults OR a mixture of adults and children.

A cot and high-chair can be made available for babies/toddlers upon request.

The perfect apartment for business travellers or visitors to London who want to live like true Londoners; in an area with lots of charm, character and history.

Rental rates for this holiday apartment in Soho , Westminster and West End

Notes

  • Rates:
    Weekday rates applicable from Monday to Wednesday.
    Weekend rates applicable from Thursday to Sunday.
    Minimum stay periods of up to one week are applicable during peak periods
    Rates are correct at point of publication but are subject to change without notice.

    Cleaning: End of stay servicing per booking: £55 - this is a 3rd party cost.
    Hire of cot (crib) per week: Included
    Towels (1pp) and Bed linen : Included
    Internet : Included

    Additional services available:
    Serviced apartment - £30 per service.
    Babysitting: £10 per hour.
    Off street parking: costs available on request but tend to be £20-£30 per day or £120-£150 per week.

    Deposit:
    Refundable £250 security deposit on credit card at check-in.
    Non-return of each set of keys invokes an automatic £50 charge.

    Payment:
    We accept payments by credit/debit card.or internet bank, PayPal.
  • Booking
    Costs include utilities and taxes but do not include bank transaction fee.
    To secure your booking, you will need to pay 25% of total charge with the balance payable 4 weeks prior to your arrival. Failure to pay the final 75% by the stated date may result in the cancellation of your booking.
    Your booking is confirmed following receipt of your deposit.

    Cancellation
    Full refund less bank charges for up to 4 weeks prior to arrival and, if cancellation occurs after the remaining balance has been made, refund of any amount is subject to the relenting of the property for the period originally booked.
  • Arrival
    We always meet you at the apartment at an appointment time issued by us following your second payment
    You will be required to present a credit card on your arrival for GBP250 security deposit to cover any loss or damage.
    Late arrival supplement £25 for check-ins from 22:00

The apartment was very nice with a perfect location in the middle of London. This was fantastic as I travelled with a few people that had never been to London before and they found it easy to find their way round.
Roberto was friendly and a great pleasure to deal with.
The apartment was clean.
If you are looking for a central apartment with a supermarket 100 metres away. Lots of places to eat and drink, then this is the location. Walking distance to 3 main Tube stations.

Spring family trip

We booked this mainly due to its proximity to Chinatown (Leicester Suqare) and we were not disappointed. The location was very central with easy walking distance to Oxford Street and Picadilly Circus as well. The apartment has 2 double rooms and 1 sofa bed in the living room - adequate for 6 persons. The place was clean and well maintained.

Rob and Alex were helpful to ensure a seamless "check in and check out" as we were able to store our luggage in the waiting area as we arrived early and departed late.

Around the area, there is a tesco which is convenient to grab some breakfast and there's lots of restaurants and pubs around the area. The Leicester Square tube station is a good 5 minutes walk, and it has both the northern and picadilly line to get around London.

Overall, we had a great time, it was value for money and easy to get around.

We used the apartment as a base for a family wedding. We were slightly disappointed with a few details - no bathroom door lock & minor maintenance work being done whilst we were there - but overall we really enjoyed our stay and would use the apartment again.
Unfortunately the lift wasn't working while we were there, so if mobility is a real problem perhaps it might be better to avoid this one!
Sleeping in the living room is a bit noisy with several pubs close-by, but hey! it is Soho!!! Tesco 100 yards away really handy!

We had a wonderful vacation in London. The apartment was very nice with a perfect location in the middle of London. Our main purpose of the trip was to see several musicals, and most of the theatres we should attend was within very short walking distance. The apartment was clean and tidy, and Roberto was very friendly and helpfull. A big plus was the oppertunity to leave our luggage in the apartment on departure day, since we had a very late flight home. We can fully recommend the apartment.
