Beautiful and just what we needed!
Steve and Wendy were great and everything was lovely and thoughtful down to the last detail. Place was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The kids loved the lake so much (and so did we!). Perfect place for a family to stay and enjoy the nature!

A Lakeside Gem!
Our family enjoyed a wonderful summer vacation in this comfortable and roomy condo. The owners ensured a very clean home with everything provided including linens, kitchen cupboard staples, grill, W/D, beach towels and bikes & kayaks for outdoor fun. The beach and swimming area is very nice where we met friendly neighbors who were so helpful. It was an awesome two weeks, and big thanks to Steve & Wendy for their caring and welcoming ways in all interactions. They're the best!

Great place to stay!
We really enjoyed staying at this property. The owners were so helpful and had stocked everything we needed. The condo was clean and spacious enough for our family and had a nice patio where we grilled out every night. In the back of the condo there is a lovely green space that our children had a great time playing in. The lake itself is a short and pretty walk down a path across the street. A little steep, but very manageable even for our small children and visiting elderly mother in law. The lake and beach area were beautiful and it was great to have access to kayaks. One great surprise was the fire pit at the beach. So fun to roast marshmallows with the kids lakeside. All in all a great property, especially for the price!

About the host

Raised in the country and living in some of the biggest cities across the US, we always found our way back to the lakes and mountains of New Hampshire. We love music, mountains, friends and farming.

Why they chose this property

My wife and I had been vacationing at Stinson Lake since the late 1980s and when an opportunity came up to buy a second home here, we jumped at the chance. There is truly something very unique about this location. This is one of the cleanest lakes in New Hampshire and the mountain air just makes for a surrealistic atmosphere. Leaving the lake is always the hardest part

What makes this property unique

This area uniquely borders the famous White Mountains for the best hiking in New Hampshire, Rumney Rocks known for climbing throughout the country, Away from it all, yet welcoming top notch restaurants, music, theatre and shopping is less than 30 minutes away.
