Luxury four-bedroom house located in a village setting a short distance from Stirling. The house, which comfortably sleeps 8 people, is an ideal base for large families, groups of friends looking for a luxury break or a special occasion. It features a large lounge with a wood-burning stove, a sun room with access to the upstairs patio area and the outside decking in the ample 1 acre garden and pond area with BBQ and outside furniture. Three of the bedrooms are en-suite while the fourth has use of the large downstairs bathroom. The large dining/kitchen (separate 8 seat dining room) features large free standing fridge/freezer and two double ovens. The house also features a large downstairs game's room which includes: pool table, table-tennis, Wii console, Play station 3 console as well as 42 and 50 inch televisions. Super property. met more than our excpectations

This was our second visit to Burnside House. The first was in 2011 and today the house is still looking as new. Decoration and comfort superb. The owners make sure your stay is everything you want from a holiday (not in the way but there if you need them), The den room is great for everyone. The kitchen has everything you need supplied. The garden is spacious with plenty of garden furniture. W e would say this property lacks nothing to make the perfect holiday.

Wonderful 2 week stay in this amazing house!

We booked Burnside for 2 weeks for ourselves, family and friends, mainly as a base for the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow. The Games were wonderful but it was the house (and the incredible weather!) that made it such a brilliant holiday. It had everything anyone could possibly need; it was so comfortable and spacious that we never felt on top of each other and the children loved the playroom and the garden. Deanston is a lovely village and there is plenty to do in the surrounding area for all ages. Brenda was so welcoming and helpful without being intrusive; the welcome pack (plus a beautiful vase of flowers!) was one of the best I've ever seen. We would have no hesitation recommending this property to anyone.

Perfect family holidays in a luxury ambiance!

Very warm welcomed by all time supportive & available hosts, we spended two unforgettable weeks in this silent & luxury house. The house is perfectly equiped in the best of taste, surrounded by a beautiful garden & landscape. We highly recommend Burnside House for family holidays & Sotland discoveries - you will enjoy it even when it rains!!

Can't speak highly enough of Burnside. Brenda is very friendly and accommodating. It is much larger than the photos show. Clean and warm. Lovely towels and bedding, comfy beds. I've been twice and look forward to going again.

A Perfect Weekend Get-away!

Our stay at Burnside House was sheer perfection - from the communication with Brenda and the welcome on arrival to the very last minute as we said our goodbyes.
This stunning home is well situated for exploring the Stirling area and is even better than the photos suggest! It was always cosy and we all felt so relaxed there. The games room was also a big hit with the guys.
We have since recommended Burnside House to all our friends and family - a truly fabulous home and one we hope to return to again.

New Year Stay

We stayed over New Year as a group of couples with young children. The house is fabulous! The online pictures don't do it justice. Spacious and luxurious, the highlight for us was the games room with the pool table and plenty space for the kids. 10/10!
