About this property

Well kept house on the lake You only need to bring food and drinks. All bedding, linens, and silverware provided. fishing boat and gas supplied. no need to clean upon leaving. If you like to raft, hike, horseback ride, or play golf...this is the spot for you. The lake is surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery and many types of 'wild' animals and raptors. Although there are no restaurants at the lake, a short 15 mile trip to town will put you close to several very nice eateries. Also, the museum in town is a must see with many Chinese artifacts and old pictures of Salmon City.
Check in time 4:00pm check out time 11:00am. Late check out subject to $120 per hour additional fee. Sorry, but we no longer accept pets.

Family fun

Love Williams Lake & so grateful to the Jacobsmeyer family for allowing us to relive wonderful memories! Everything is well provided for & we enjoyed every minute of our time there. Thank you so much! Hope to do it again!

A wonderful place

We loved this. A gorgeous setting right on the lake, with all the toys you might want. The water was beautifully clear for swimming, and if you don't like to swim in cool mountain lakes, then you can kayak or float on the inflatables. There were deer on the lake shore and we saw an eagle catch a fish! My husband loved the little quiet, electric boat for fishing, and couldn't even remember how many trout he had caught after 3 days (we only kept 2 for dinner). There is also a bigger boat with a petrol engine, much faster, but too noisy for my taste. The cabin is older, as others have said, but it is full of character, everything works well, and it was super clean. There are other houses dotted around the lake, but there were people in only a handful, so very private and peaceful. The first drive up to the lake on the gravel road was a bit scary and I was glad we had 4wheel drive, but actually the road is plenty wide for two cars. By the second time we were used to it, and anyways, we saw no reason to leave again, once we had supplies and a fishing license. Finally, high praise from the 16-year-old: "I thought I would get really bored without wifi, but I had fun". Thank you, we would love to come back.

Great Family Getaway

If you’re looking for a beautiful lakefront location and cozy cabin for unplugged quality time together, the Jacobsmeyer Cabin is perfect! Our family of 6 enjoyed a wonderful getaway here at Williams Lake.

Wonderful

Fabulous cozy cabin on the lake with everything you need to have fun on the water. It was great to get away from internet and just spend time together. Plenty of room to gather in the living area and play games, visit, read, or relax on the dock and stare at the beautiful mountains or stars in the sky. We will be back!!
