This spacious open-planned apartment is ideally located within walking distance of the beach and Limassol tourist area. All restaurants and facilities are easily accessible within a short stroll. The apartment boasts a large recently renovated open-plan living space. Each bedroom is a double, giving ample space. There is a balcony to unwind on. Comprises of a luxury newly renovated family bathroom as well as a second separate toilet. Each room is fully air-conditioned. The apartment is located in a complex with access to a fantastic 20m swimming pool with water-slide facilities included.

During my stay in this apartment I was very satisfied with full accomodation. I want to tell that apartment is beautiful and location is very good. Hospitality of the owner Costas is excellent and we really spent pleasant time there.

LIMASSOL MAIN TOURIST AREA APT

First impressions of outside of apartment block were dissapointing, but the inside of the apartment was excellent. Apartment was spotlessly clean and amenities offered were very good and exceeded expectations. Use of broadband and satellite TV was a bonus. Apartment is within easy walking distance of the main Limassol tourist area and beach front where there are lots of restaurants and bars to choose from. My only reservation with the apartment was with the use of the swimming pool, which we were advised we would have to pay for. This was a concern as the daily charge was 3 euros per person and not something we had bargained for. Fortunately once we got to know the owners they didn't charge us. Costas was also very helpful and was always contactable by mobile. A good choice for a relaxing Limassol break.
Recommendations: China Town Restaurant (walking distance), Stallion Bar/Restaurant (Amathus area - 1 mile) and must visit Fassouri Water Park (can be reached by Bus). If you have a car would also recommend a trip to Kourion and Lady's Mile Beaches. The latter now has lots of inflatables (4th Restaurant along) and is ideal for children.

Lovely appartment - spacious and sunny

Really lovely appartment, even more spacious and airy than the pictures show. Nice touches with lighting fully adjustable and the massive TV sets the perfect relaxing holiday mood.

Great location within a few mins walk of the beach and lots of shops and restaurants - lots of yummy food :)

Staying in December I expected the weather to be colder but was more like the good part of an english summer 18-26°C perfect would really consider coming here again next christmas

A really nice alternative to squishy hotel rooms, thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We stayed in this property in August this year, for 2 weeks. And we were so impressed by the unit! It was beautiful and clean, and lovely and spacious. i would highly recommend this unit to anyone. My children loved the pool area and super tube, and we enjoyed the walks to the beachfront and shops. Costas also gave us alot of info on Cyprus and where to go. We thouroghly enjoyed our stay and would love to go back one day.

We had an EXCELLENT time!

We stayed in this apartment for one month in the summer of 2010. Everything you can wish for is provided. The apartment is spacious and wonderfully open-planned. From airconditioning up to kitchen equipment everything is in excellent shape and one can really enjoy oneself staying in this apartment.

Restaurants, the touristic city center, nice beaches, great bars and clubs are in a very short walking distance just around the corner.
The pool, which is just in front of the apartment, is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sun.

By the way: Thank you Costas and Emilio for the excellent time and the great support regarding insider leads you provided us with ;)

We recommend this property to anyone wholeheartedly.
