About The Owner
Hallo, I am Liana. I was born in Potenza and I am over 40 years old.
I live with my family nearby the house so I am easily accessible for every need or suggestion – from key exchanges, to repairs, to suggest tour and anything in between.
I usually travel a lot because I love to known different places, people, mores and ….foods! So I look forward to meet you!!!
The Owner purchased this villa in 1996
Why The Owner chose Potenza
I and my family have always lived here in this part of the city but we fall in love with this area that was both in countryside and in the city!
So we bought first the land and then the house was designed and built according our wishes!
We loved designing all of it from inside space and furnitures to the garden and we planted ourselves every plant, one by one!
What makes this villa unique
This holiday can give you a taste of real Southern Italian life and typical food & wine in a no massive tourism area.
The design of house is conceived to give you peacefulness and relaxing time in comfort, in winter at warmth of fireplace or in summer swinging on hammock or swing under patio or sunbathing!
You can enjoy modern facilities as WiFi and Laptop FREE of charge!
Many touristic brochures are available in the house for helping you to decide better what to explore as you wish in this undiscovered region with a lot of best kept secret.
I hope my region can give you great emotions!
Guestbook comments from the owner
Thank you for having us as your guests. We felt very comfortable at your place. After all the daytrips, here we were able to relax and to find rest. The motorcycle tour through Basilicata was amazing. Potenza is the ideal starting point, because from here you can travel in any direction.
We especially enjoyed the trip to “the Tower …. Corleto” and on to “Monte Sirino” ..... the trip to “Castel Lagopesole”.
The Amalfi Coast is really something for "Lovers".
Too bad that the journey of 1800 km (from our place to The Flower's House) is quite long, because otherwise we’d come here more often!
All the best to you and your family and great thanks,
