Would you like to spend holidays in an unforgettable ambience like in a fairy-story from '1001 nights'? Our ground floor apartment is situated on the very first beach line in luxury community with 4 pools. The property has been furnished very tastefully and to high standards to a Moorish style. Numerous Moorish lamps, mirrors, tables and decorations are creating a very homely feeling. The spacious living room has a fireplace and dining table to seat 4 people. From living room you have direct access to the large covered terrace, which overlooks the near heated pool. Terrace and living room have the whole day sun! Both bedrooms have en-suite-bathrooms with under floor heating. The master bedroom is in red colours and offers very spacious king sized bed. In the second bedroom there are 2 single beds. Further the apartment offers a spacious wooden kitchen with all amenities. The property has an air conditioning system throughout and underground parking place.

Need to know about San Luis de Sabinillas: San Luis de Sabinillas is the village next door. This is a typical andalusian village situated right on the coast with charming spanish character and large paseo maritimo with several shops, bars and restaurants. The village offers further numerious shops, large supermarkets, banks, bakery, pharmacy, post ect. Sabinillas is much more Spanish, than the near marina port of Marina de la Duquesa with its numerios bars and restaurants. Here you will find also internetcafes, business centers, minimarket, fitness club, dry cleaning ect. Sundays (when the weather is good) in Sabinillas is one of the largest markets - must be seen!

Need to know about Estepona: Estepona is a small charming city on the Costa del Sol. Situated between Marbella and Gibraltar, not far away from the marina town of Puerto Banus. Estepona has saved successful its character of a typical Andalusian village in spite of a growing tourism. In the centre you will find the Plaza Las Flores, one charming constructed meeting point. In his neighbourhood you will find several bars, coffees, tapas bars and shops along the pedestrian area or the old city centre. Mentionable is the bullfighting arena of Estepona, drafted on plans of Salvador Dali and has the adequate charisma. In Estepona you will find a multiplicity of restaurants, small typical tapas bars or even exclusive gastronomy. On Wednesdays and Sundays you can visit the market place in Estepona. You can stroll along the very tastefully decorated promenade with a lot of plants and trees up to the marina port of Estepona.

5 wunderbare Wochen in Casares Beach

Wir durften ganze 5 Wochen in dieser traumhaften Ferienwohnung verbringen. Wir (mitte 30) reisten mit 2 Kindern (4 Jahre und 1 Jahr) und es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt! Wir haben die Wohnung so vorgefunden wie im Internet beschrieben. Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortable ausgestattet und wirklich groß! Die Terrasse ein Traum mit Blick aufs Meer zu jeder Tageszeit! Auch der beheizte Pool fand großen Anklang bei den Kindern, aber auch bei uns, gerade an den warmen Tagen! Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Man benötigt defintiv ein Auto, um Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder auch Spielplätze und andere Ausflugsziele zu erreichen! In Estepona, nur 5min Autofahrt entfernt gibt es direkt am Strand einen riesen großen Spielplatz für alle Altersgruppen! An Ausflugszielen mangelt es definitiv nicht! Gibraltar, Marokko, Tarifa, Casares, Ronda und auch Marbella sind alle schnell erreichbar! Das Dorf Casares ist wirklich wunderschön und sehenswert.
Wir wurden sehr gut vom Vermieter auf unseren Aufenthalt vorbereitet. Und auch während des Aufenthaltes wurden wir super betreut. Wir haben am letzten Tag dann nochmal verlängert und auch das war gar kein Problem und wurde ganz unkompliziert gelöst und umgesetzt!
Für uns war es der längste und auch der schönste Urlaub! Und es hat alles so großartig reibungslos geklappt!
Wir können diese Ferienwohnung guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen!
Beide Daumen hoch!

Un lugar paradisíaco en la costa del sol.
La urbanización perfecta. Una joya de diseño en sus edificios y jardinería. Bien comunicada y a escasos metros del mar.
El apartamento realmente es el que aparece en la foto. Agradable, cómodo perfectamente equipado, una delicia, si lo que quieres es descansar.
El propietario un poco seco, pero el personal que trabaja para el un encanto. La señorita Sara, en administración, un placer resolver con ella. Y el Sr. Alberto que cuida los apartamentos también muy amable.

Perfekter Urlaub im perfekten Domizil

Die Fereienanlage ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Sowohl die Anlage als auch die Wohnung sind sehr gepflegt, auch an Tagen, an denen das Wetter nicht ganz so gut ist, fühlt man sich hier wohl. Die Reisetipps sowie die Anfahrtbeschreibung des Vermieters waren sehr hilfreich und auch bei Fragen kam unverzüglich eine freundliche, hilfreiche Antwort. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder hier buchen, vielen Dank!

Viva Andalucia!

Hanni & Margerita:
Ende Oktober bei strahlendem Sonnenschein angereist. Die Beschreibung war einfach und präzise, so dass wir die Anlage sofort gefunden haben, an der auch
bereits ein Mitarbeiter wartete, der uns kompetent informiert hat. Die Wohnung hat das versprochen, was man auf den Bildern gesehen hat. Alles war sehr sauber.
Die Küche liess keine Wünsche offen. Beim Rundgang durch die wirklich sehr schöne, gepflegte Anlage direkt am Meer kam sofort Ferienstimmung auf. Da wir leider nur eine Woche hatten, haben wir uns sofort auf die Erkundung der Gegend gestürzt. Es lohnt sich, die schönen weissen Dörfer Andalusiens zu entdecken. In dieser Jahreszeit gibt es fast keine Touristen.
Sehr hilfreich waren auch die Angaben zu den Restaurants, die wir in der Kürze der Zeit nicht alle ausprobieren konnten.
Das Restaurant des Beach Clubs direkt bei der Anlage war bis März geschlossen
- das am anderen Ende des Strandes hatte jedoch mittags offen. Leider hat uns
ab Mitte der Woche der Wettergott verlassen. Es hat geschüttet, was die Wolken hergaben, und das war nicht wenig. Da ist man froh, wenn man in einer schönen Wohnung Platz und Komfort hat, um sich die Zeit zu vertreiben. Der Abreisetag versöhnte uns mit schönstem Wetter. Die Ansage des Captains, Null Grad und
Schneeschauer in Zürich, liess uns bereits im Flugzeug Andalusien vermissen.
