A lover of antique houses. I am a native of Guilford Ct and I purchased this antique home in 2006 as a second home for my family. When a small farm with another antique house became available, we decided to keep this house and let others enjoy an antique house as much as we did.
The Benjamin Fowler house is one of the ten oldest houses in Guilford CT, being built as an integral leanto Saltbox center chimney colonial. The integrity of its historic structure and charm of its massive fireplaces along with its pastoral setting made me fall in love with one of the nicest houses in Guilford CT.
