These beautiful apartment has just been renovated to a very high standard with high quality fittings and hardwood parquet floors throughout.

The location is absolutely excellent, it is impossible to get more central than this. A stay in any of the Paraires apartments will make your excursions in Palma convenient and easy to plan!

The apartments are located on a lovely pedestrian street right in the heart of Palma old town. This area has been carefully reformed and restored to give a feeling of Palma in the old days while at the same time providing luxury accommodation, shops and boutiques. On the same road as the apartments, you will find plenty of shopping opportunities as well as nice cafés. The Passeig del Born is literally just around the corner!

This beautiful 2 bedroom apartment has just been renovated to a very high standard with high quality fittings and hardwood parquet floors throughout. The large windows both at the front and back of the apartment allow an unusual amount of light to enter during the day. You enter into the living room space with an integrated, fully-equipped kitchen area. There is plenty of seating here for the entire family or group of friends. To the right as you come in is a double bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together. There is also a bathroom next to this bedroom. To the left and past the kitchen is the double bedroom with a double bed. This bedroom has a full bathroom (with bathtub) that is integrated into the bathroom in an open-plan solution.

Hi, juat wanted to say thanks for making us so welcome last week in Pagasus 2. We had a wonderful time. It was lovely to be so close to the centre which meant it was so easy to pop back to the apartment for a siesta! We really fell for majorca and will definately return. I would have no hesitation recommending the apartment to friends and family. Best Wishes,

My wife and I stayed in this apartment in June 2011 , we had a very enjoyable time , the apartment was very clean,and presentable .exactly as the pictures describe , Its also in a great location ,very close to coffee shops , restaurants , etc. . Would happily recommend to anyone thinking of staying here.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
