Birds of Prey: In Sant Feliu de Codines, 17 km, there is a breeding and observation centre for birds of prey, 'El Cim de les Aligues'.

The apartment has a wide 33 sq.m dining/living room with an open plan kitchen, working surface or furniture with built in appliances, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker. One of the bedrooms has a fan and a bathroom, the other two open to a hall separate from the living room and they share the second bathroom. This hall also opens to the laundry room, which has a washing and a drying machine. Outside there is a 30 sq.m private terrace with direct access to the swimming pool and the shared garden. The total living area is of 103 sq.m inside and a 30 sq.m. terrace. Common areas outside of around 800 sq.m.

Great little apartment in friendly Moia

Such a lovely place to stay. A friendly welcome, everything we needed for adults and room for the kids to charge about. Clean and comfortable open plan lounge and kitchen, and snuggly extra quilts for the beds when it was cooler at night. Just needed black-out blinds for the bedroom so we could lie in after sunrise.

Village stay but easy access: beautiful apartment

We wanted to stay in a village as we are not people who like cities but also wanted to be able to drive to places like the coast,Barcelona and Monserrat in reasonable time. Moia was just right. The apartment is on the lower ground floor so comes out at ground level. It is spotlessly clean and everything is there. The beds are comfortable and good water pressure in the showers. Extra blankets in the cupboard. Easy parking on the street outside or you can park underneath the building but we found the street more convenient.
We arrived on Sunday afternoon and everything was closed but Carlos returned with milk, water etc.
There is a well stocked supermarket in town and a full range of restaurants. We really enjoyed La Tasca by the trafffic lights at the bottom of town.
We did day trips to somewhere different every day. The view as you drive towards Manressa of Monserrat is amazing. Another day we parked on the outskirts of Barcelona and got the local bus in the rest of the way, a day over on the coast and on another we drove to Andorra. It is also a beautiful drive from nearby Vic up to Ripoll ( nice cathedral there too). From what we could see there are also some good walking tracks in the area.

If you like holidays with lots of night life this isn't for you but if you like holidays where you can find a good local restaurant and enjoy good food and local company and then go home for a nightcap you will have a great time.

A great stay in Catalonia

This appartement is a perfect place to explore Catalonia or if you are looking for a place where you can just relax.
Moia is situated in the middle of Catalonia, within an hour you can reach Barcelona, the Pyrenees or even, in a few minutes more, the Beaches of Costa Brava. But its is defenitely a good idea, just to stay in the area, there is so much to see (and to smell).

Carlos is a very friendly and nice host, the comunication was perfect, he always had a quick and helpful answer.
An evening on the wonderfull terrace is unbeatable for us. I wish we had planned a longer stay here, 6 days are not enough. Maybe we will come back.

AWESOME! Fantastisch! Superbe

I was with my family eight days in this apartment (T3), and I have only good things to say! We arrived at the time agreed with Mr. Carlos and he welcomed us in the best possible way, helped us with access to wireless internet and gave us some indications of places we could visit.
As there was an issue that was quickly resolved was, pool lights not lit at night, I contacted Mr. Carlos and the next day the problem was solved and we could already swim after 21:00.

The small village which is situated the house is very friendly, with a supermarket which is 5 minute walk, always with fresh products and good prices, there is also a pharmacy in the center and some restaurants (a Chinese with very friendly prices).

The city of Barcelona although it is to some kilometers, is quickly reached, and during the trip it is possible to enjoy the fantastic scenery of the area, I was delighted, I'm sure I will come back.


Estive com a minha família 8 dias neste apartamento (T3), e só tenho a dizer coisas boas! Chegamos à hora acordada com o Sr. Carlos e ele recepcionou-nos da melhor forma possível, ajudou-nos com o acesso à Internet sem fios e deu-nos algumas indicações de sitios que podiamos visitar.
Apenas houve uma questão que foi rapidamente foi resolvida, as luzes da piscina à noite não acendiam, contactei o Sr. Carlos e no dia a seguir o problema estava resolvido e já podiamos nadar depois das 21:00.

A pequena vila onde está situada a casa é muito acolhedora, com um supermercado que fica a 5 minutos a pé, sempre com produtos frescos e a bons preços, também existe uma farmácia no centro e alguns restaurantes (um chinês com preços muito simpáticos).

A cidade de Barcelona embora fique a algum kilometros, é rapidamente alcançada, e durante a viagem consegue-se apreciar a fantástica paisagem da zona, fiquei deliciado, de certeza irei voltar.

Moderno, limpio, sitio relajante

Fuimos dos matrimonios para visitar los alrededores y jugar a golf en un par de campos cercanos.
El apartamento tiene una decoración interior moderna, muy equipado y todo muy limpio. Cuenta con plaza de parking.
Hemos descubierto preciosos paisajes y nos pudimos desplazar con facilidad a dos campos cercanos para practicar el golf.

Superb holiday

This apartment was very clean and tidy with private parking.
The problem was that is says that there is wifi which is very weak and you have to stand by the window in the lounge to get it.
When I asked what was not supplied, I was told I had to just supply food and drink which was not true because we had to go out and buy t-towels, oven cloths, and all washing up necessities. It would have also been nice to have a kettle rather than boiling water in a sauce-pan.
The area was lovely and only an hours drive to Barcelona and we had lovely weather in October.

I regret the misunderstanding with dishcloths, in your have a package of 100 new paper serviettes Ike, quite generous dimensions, we also have rolls of paper towels and / or cloth dish towels. According to the availability offer one thing or another, but if you preferred the cloth rags we could have given you.
The wiffi we had changed the situation, I checked with a laptop and llegava perfecatamente. to see your criticism, I checked with the mobile phone, and the truth is that for small devices the signal is rather weak.
After your stay put a repeater. However it seems that now is a family to come with a device in your case 5 devices connected, the network was shared with two more apartments, I not remember quin had then, but if there were two or three units per apartment we go to 10 connections .
So now we have a line speed of 10 MB, is used only for this apartment. It's the peak that reaches our population. Cable 10MB or 5-8 MB with wiifi.

Notes:
The maximum capacity is for 2 couples and 4 children. It is not comfortable for 8 adults. The dining table has 4 chairs, the other seats are stools, but you can also bring the armchairs from the bedrooms. 6 people eat comfortably in the winter. In Summer you can combine the table on the living room with the table on the terrace to fit 8 people comfortably, as long as they feel comfortable sitting on the stools. The furniture has a customized design and it has a concept where the formal dominates over comfort. It is understood that this is a holiday rental and distinction is more important than the bourgeois comfort of a primary residence.
