Jenne farm is a fantastic venue for hosting a wedding. We haven’t gotten all of the pictures back yet, but the farm is so picturesque, I am sure we will be delighted. Everything about the property is true to the listing, it was a real pleasure! Thank you Fran!

The perfect place for a big group.
We had a wonderful time! The house was perfect for a group of 11 (8 adults and 3 kids). We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, playing games and putting together puzzles in the dining room, and wonderful hikes and walks in the surrounding area. We will definitely stay here again!

Authentic, comfortable, magical setting. Well appointed.
Jenne Farm is ideal for retreats and spiritual work. The spaces are very flexible for doing group work, discussions, ceremonies. The energy of the house is sublime and we really find that the space itself becomes a participant in the work we are doing. Of course, everything is clean, comfortable and well appointed making it simple to do anything you need to do. I think a family reunion would be just fantastic here. And oh, those sweet goats!

Beautiful!
We had a girls' weekend away to celebrate my sister-in-law's 60th birthday. Her mom, her sister, her daughter and her two daughter in laws and I were all there. We loved the house - beautiful real wood everywhere! We loved the setting! The rooms were all gorgeous. Great kitchen. Everything was amazing!

the spaciousness of the property, farm animals & tractor driving were highlights for all
Grateful to stay in this 1908 farmhouse with enough beds for the 10 of us, great family time with our 3 generations. A highlight was the hospitality of Farmer Fran showing us his farm animals, answering all the children's questions, and allowing them to co-pilot the tractor with 13 of us in tow! Gave a couple very minor suggestions for housekeeping improvements which will be made. Grateful for the owners sharing their grand home!

About the host

We moved to Whidbey in 1982 after our time in the Peace Corps in Africa. After careers in human services and education, as well as raising our sons, we bought the Jenne Farm to preserve it from development. We've enjoyed entering the world of agriculture and sharing the gathering house with our guests!

Why they chose this property

Coupeville and Ebey's Landing are special places, as many from the Puget Sound area realize. There is history and beauty here that is completely unique and genuine. The Jenne Farm is located in the middle of this wonderful community and provides guests to share in its wonder.

What makes this property unique

Guests enjoy the quality and unique characteristics of a well-built 1908 home. All of the floors and molding are old-growth Douglas Fir from the early 1900s. The ornate staircase is straight out of a novel. There are sliding wooden doors between the gracious parlor, fireplace room, and dining room. The butler's pantry is the kind you have dreamed of having, complete with a cabinet pass-through to the dining room. All is cozy and comfortable with hot water radiators and a propane fireplace. If your children have never been in a place where they can collect eggs, run and explore freely, see eagles in the trees and hear coyotes and frogs at night, this is the place for you!
