The spacious newly built villa, less than 5 minutes drive from Lindos, is set in a beautiful location near Navarone bay. This is the place to be for tranquility and yet 5 min away the restaurants and clubs of picturesque, medieval Lindos and the modern resort of Pefkos. Rhodes offers over 300 days of sunshine annually and the villa is the ideal place to soak up the sunshine and explore all areas of Rhodes. It is 20 - 30 minutes walk to beautiful beaches and great restaurants. The whitewashed villa offers a traditional Greek look and is contemporary furnished. The main bedrooms have a double bed, the singles have two each and the living room have a double bed sofa. Two balconies are located on the first floor, one adjoins the bedrooms and offers magnificent sea and mountain views. The open plan kitchen adjoins the living room. All are air conditioned. The garden is large and there is a pool, sun beds and umbrellas. A pergola provides parking space.

About Pamella Campbell and Shauna Grant

We are couple of women who hail from the UK. We love, sun, sand, sea, good food and friendly people. We went to Lindos on holiday and discovered a magical place. The white washed houses of Lindos appealed to us. We became hooked on Lindos and the rest of Rhodes visiting time and time again. The villas looked fantastic, the contrast of the old and modern sat well together and we felt so at home there that we decided this would be a good place to buy a villa. And so we did.

This property is a attractive modern place that offer a home from home environment. It is modern, has everything the holidaymaker needs and is an attractive home. It is well placed between Lindos and Pefkos - (old and newer resorts). Both are under five minutes by car and approximately 50 minutes to an hour to Rhodes by car. The views are stunning and the garden is very attractive.

What makes this villa unique

The villa is easy to get to as it is situated on the road between Lindos and Pefkos.There are bus stops immediately outside the villa going to Lindos and all the way to Rhodes and also in the other direction to Pefkos and beyond. Taxis also frequently pass by. The villa has its own pool which is secluded by the plants and flowers. The view over the pool looks out to sea and is stunning.There is parking space. The property managers can be easily contacted.

Great Location

Had a great time with our family at this villa,the pictures do not do it justice.Very pretty gardens and view from patio and pool out to sea.Great location midway between Pefkos and Lindos.Cost of taxis 5 to 8 euros,easy to flag one down outside villa.Would highly recommend.

Great location for a relaxing time.

It is a relaxing and beautiful place. The house has everything you need to feel at home and is beautifully located close to shops and restaurants. We have enjoyed the stay and will be coming back when returning to Rhodes. It is definately a great place to stay in Rhodes and the owners are helpful and supportive, which made us feel comfortable.

Lindos Villa Chara (meaning joy) is ideally located for wedding parties, as it is close to the idyllic St Pauls Bay in Lindos, where dream weddings take place. The Lindos Acropolis towers over the village, protected by the Godess Athena. Take the Lindos taxi (donkey) or climb to see the magnificent structure and views. Venture to Rhodes Town to see the Old Town fort built by the medieval Knights of St John, a UNESCO world heritage site. At Prasonisi, see the meeting of the Aegean and Mediterranean seas, enjoy the desert-like terrain and windsurfing. Drive and climb to the monastery at Tsambiki, enjoy the spectacular views and its long stretch of golden sands. From mid June to September visit the beautiful Valley of the Butterflies, near the village of Theologos. In Psaltos, an old monastery and church is close by. The nearest shops and supermarkets are located in Lindos and Pefkos, as are ATMS.

Refundable Damage Deposit £150
Notes To ensure dates are secured at the time of booking a 25% deposit is required. The remaining balance is to be paid 8 weeks before departure. Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer. A £150 security bond is required to be sent with your final balance. This will be returned to you immediately after your holiday providing no damage has been done. We welcome your inquiries regarding bookings and are happy to answer any questions you may have.
Changeover days are Wednesdays and Saturdays but these can be negotiated. Guests should not arrive before 3pm and the villa is to be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. If the villa is available, guests can stay until their departure time.
Air-conditioning is included. The windows are double glazed and fitted with security shutters and insect screens. A cot with bedding and a high chair is provided as are children's crockery and cutlery.
Smoke alarms are fitted and a first aid kit and fire extinguisher are located in the villa. Useful information and contact telephone numbers for taxis, restaurants, bars and places of interest are available at the villa. Our managers will provide a welcome pack and will visit to check all is well. Their telephone number will also be available. Please note there is no smoking within the villa.
Pets are not allowed.
The villa will be cleaned and bed linen and towels provided but not beach towels. Bed linen and towels will be changed mid-way for two-week stays. Extra clean linen/towels will be provided if required. The villa/pool will be cleaned on a weekly basis.
Holiday makers pay 25% deposit when booking. Eight weeks before departure the remainder is paid along with the refundable £150.00 security bond. Details of how to pay will be provided at the time of booking. Payment is usually received in UK £ pounds.Payment is usually made by bank transfer.
