3 bedrooms, fully equipped, 10min to bars+restaurants,10min drive to Ramla beach

The entrance to Ta' David Farmhouse leads to a spacious sitting - dining room with big bay windows looking onto the views. The sofas seats 7 people comfortably and is equipped with a TV and a coffee table. The dining area has a large table and seats 8 people.

The wide kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking and opens to the pool area.

The landscaped terrace has comfortable sun loungers and a BBQ area (gas provided) complete with garden furniture. The wide private swimming pool faces sunset and the stunning views of the Gozitan island including the Medieval Citadel in Victoria which is the highlight of the scenery.

The master bedroom has an en-suite jacuzzi bathtub and the 2 other bedrooms have 2 single beds complete with en-suite bathrooms as well.

Bella Vista Farmhouses is a company in Gozo owning a large group of farmhouses built on local traditional style. They all encompass the stunning views of Goztian landscapes including the Medieval Citadel. They are all located in Xaghra being 9 minutes away by walk from the village piazza.

The farmhouses are all a short walk away from Victoria (the capital of Gozo).

All the farmhouses are licensed and inspected by the local authority of MTA (Malta Tourism Authority). They meet the required standards of the EU.

Xaghra village is poised on one of the 3 hills of Gozo.

It is 1 of the main tourist areas in Gozo as it has a lot of rich historical heritage to offer.

The Megalitic Ggantija Temples dating back to 3500 B.C are 20 mins away.

The Calpyso cave from mythology overlook Gozo's finest red sand beach; Ramla Bay.

There is the Museum of Toys displaying objects dating back as far as the 18th century (the Maltese doll).

Ta' Kola Windmill is the old grinding windmill built in 1725. It is so called after its miller, Kola, and was recently restored and is now functioning.

The pompous village Festa dedicated to the Bambina (baby Madonna) is extremely popular amongst the locals. The spectacular fireworks are very well renowned and are a thing to be remembered!

There is a selection of restaurants and wine bars in the piazza (only 9mins away)where one can dine alfresco near the grand basilica while observing the simple local life passing by.

Xaghra also offers sunny walks in Gozo's.

Amazing holiday

Very well run and kept up to date. Ta' David is a very beautiful house, spacious, clean and well maintained. The Wifi was a blessing as I could keep track of my work while on holiday. The view is simply fantastic, and during winter it is like a vast green carpet with nothing but fields, fields and more fields, and (of course), the citadel in Victoria in the center of it all.
The staff is extremely helpful, and gave us a local insight on the best attractions to visit while we were there. Gozo is a picturesque island, and 5 days were not enough to take it all in!! We will visit again :)
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

It has been our 2nd visit to Ta' David. Again it has been a joy to be there and Monica is helpful as always. We particularly love the views of the Citadel in Victoria and sometimes we see sheep grazing in the fields below.
The area is extremely quite. We have also become friends with some of the neighbors!
Ta' David is big and always spotlessly clean. It is fully equipped and just feels so welcoming. It offers us comfort. Xaghra is a pretty village and there is a nice short walk from the farmhouse to the piazza. There are a selection of restaurants over there. We sometimes have lunch in the afternoon underneath the sun. it has a nice ambiance. There are shops to buy daily needs from as well. Whenever we are in Gozo we are sure to return to this lovely farmhouse!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Families with Young Children

We've returned from a week in ta' David and it was excellent! The farmhouse has everything needed, especially in the kitchen and exactly like the pictures. It was big, very clean and we instantly like it. We found some food provided in the fridge and this felt very welcoming especially since we arrived early in the morning and all the shops were closed.
It was very close to popular places like, ramla bay, the temples of Ggantija and Victoria . Victoria, can be seen in the view from the pool area ! the citadel, which is in victoria is really beautiful during the night with all the lights. The pool is large and was clean and perfect for BBQ nights.
The weather in April is really nice as it is not too hot nor too cold so we ate outside near the pool.
The bedrooms were nice and cosy .The ensutie bathroom was a good size and there were towels provided just like it said.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
