The apartment is located in a city centre garden courtyard right beside the famous Halfpenny Bridge. It is surrounded by vibrant streets, yet its secluded courtyard location give it a quiet ambiance. The garden is so calm its hard to believe you are just 5 minutes from Dublin's liveliest area, Temple Bar. The busiest shopping street in Ireland - Henry Street - is just 4 minutes walk. The is a modern apartment with Axminister carpet or timber floors throughout. Kitchen is galley-style and ideal for picking up a quick meal during the day. There is a large fridge-freezer and a clothes washer-dryer. Living room has a colour TV, leather sofa-bed and leather armchair. In addition is there is dining table and chairs. There is a door out to the garden patio area. Bedroom has a double bed with bedside reading lamps and a large wardrobe.

Visitors love the location for its convenience. Visitor attractions are all easily reached on foot. Best of all is the modern cosy feel of the apartment with its surrounding floral and greenery. This is just a great apartment for the solo traveler, superb for couples and very comfortable for 3 adults.

Car not really required in this, most central, location. If needed we can provide parking in the underground car park which you can access by elevator at garden level.

A home away from home!

The apartment was even nicer and more spacious than I would've expected from the photos. It was clean, the kitchen was very well equipped and there were plenty of towels available. The location is as central as can be, but the apartment and garden were peaceful and quiet. The breakfast bar wasn't all that practical for us, travelling with a toddler, but other than that everything was perfect. Would definitely recommend this property, and am sure we will be staying there again. Thank you for a warm welcome.

Perfect Apartment In Dublin

I could not have asked for a better place to stay while I was in Dublin. The apartment was clean, well-maintained and in the perfect location for quick access to all the great sites that Dublin offers. It is fronted by a beautiful garden and was very quiet. I met the apartment representative right around the corner from the flat and he showed me how to get into the building (a very secure location), showed me around the apartment, showed me how to work the appliances, and showed me where to the leave the keys upon my departure. There are more restaurants within a four block radius than you can eat at during your entire stay. Beautiful selection of pubs as well. I highly recommend this flat for anyone going to Dublin. I know I will stay there again on my next trip to Ireland. Thanks Liam, I had a great trip!!

the apartment was wonderful, cozy clean and comfortable. the location was perfect, absolutely everything to see and experience in dublin was within walking distance. i couldn't have enjoyed my stay there more.

Cozy Location in the heart of the city

Great stay at a fabulous location to restaurants and shops,we stayed in November and the apartment was a cozy haven ,it is equipped with everything you need and would stay again, restaurant tip: the winding stair restaurant close by was excellent.

Appartement très pratique et bien situé

Nous avons passé un excellent long week-end dans cet appartement idéalement situé en plein centre de la ville. Installé dans une court il allie en effet le calme et la tranquillité avec la proximité de tous les lieux les plus vivants de Dublin. Et quel plaisir traverser le Halfpenny Bridge qui se trouve juste en face de l’entrée ! Il est très bien équipé et convient aussi comme nous à une famille avec un grand enfant. Le propriétaire est charmant et l’accueil très professionnel. A conseiller.

un séjour très agréable

Difficile de faire mieux en terme d'emplacement. A quelques mètres de la Liffey, juste face au quartier de temple Bar, l'appartement se niche au coeur d'un petit jardin entouré d'immeubles, ce qui garantit le calme, malgré l'hyper proximité du centre, des commerces et des attractions touristiques. L'appartement est propre, confortable, avec une cuisine parfaitement équipée. Seule la salle de bain n'est pas parfaite, mais juste opérationnelle pour un court séjour.

L'accueil des propriétaires a été chaleureux. Il est clair que si nous revenons à Dublin, c'est ici que nous logerons.
