197WR: a 3 bedroom Flat offering with 2 bathrooms and large livingroom/Kitchen , dinning room (sleeps up to 9) PLUS at extra charge we can add the Etxra Overflow Room which sleeps up to 5 peole. There is a balcony, a winter garden + a parking space.

199WR: a 2 bedroom flat offering with 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub) that sleeps up to 8 + Living eating area and a Winter garden + parking space. On extra charge can be added the Studio flat.

Studio Flat consisting of in a large kitchen with table for 5, a partially handicapped bathroom (+ regular shower) and Living?Sleeping area with sofa bed, day beds and chair-bed (sleeps up to 5 people) .

A 5 minute walk away to local large Sainsburys supermarket as well as an Odeon I-Max multiplex cinema. Langzeitaufenthalt, der keine Wünsche offen lässt!

Unser Langzeitaufenthalt hätte besser nicht verlaufen können. Der Buchungsprozess im Voraus wurde uns schon so angenehm wie möglich gestaltet und auf Wünsche Rücksicht genommen. Das Apartment lässt darüber hinaus keine Wünsche offen - groß, hell und geräumig. Außerdem weist es eine super Lage auf. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustür. Von dort geht es in 5 Minuten nach Greenwich Town Centre oder zur U-Bahn Station North Greenwich (Jubilee Line). Von dort aus ist die Innenstadt in für Londoner Verhältnisse sehr schnell und bestens zu erreichen. Einkaufszentrum mit Supermärkten, Baumärkten, Shopping Centre (H&M, River Island etc.) sind sogar zu Fuß zu erreichen. Darüber hinaus ist dem Apartment ein Parkplatz vor dem Haus angebunden, was so manchen Aufenthalt erleichtert. Ein sehr, sehr netter, hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der sogar deutsch spricht! Der Vermieter war in den fast 3 1/2 Monaten unseres Aufenthalts jederzeit erreichbar (entweder per E-Mail oder per Telefon), hat Problemen direkt entgegen gewirkt und war stets bereit zum Apartment zu kommen, um persönlich nach den Problemen zu schauen. Diese Hilfsbereitschaft in jeglicher Hinsicht hat unseren Aufenthalt mehr als angenehm gestaltet. Fragen und Wünsche wurde sofort beachtet! Darüber hinaus hat uns die freundliche Art des Vermieters "Willkommen" fühlen lassen und schnell eine Vertrauensbasis aufkommen lassen! Schlüsselübergabe und -abgabe funktionieren bestens. Wichtig anzumerken ist, dass die Wohnung komplett ausgestattet ist, von einem Spülmaschine bis hin zu einer Waschmaschine/Trockner sind jegliche Haushaltsgeräte vorhanden. Abschließend lässt sich festhalten, dass der Aufenthalt unsere Vorstellungen übertroffen hat und wir jederzeit wiederkommen würden. Dieses Apartment würde ich jedem weiterempfehlen, egal ob Kurzzeit- oder Langzeitaufenthalten! BESTENS!!!

nachdem ich diese wundervollen Komplimente gehört habe, kann ich nichts mehr hinzufügen. Wir wissen, dass es für Gäste in unserem Haus sehr enttäuschend sein kann, wenn etwas wichtiges fehlt um den Urlaub oder Aufenthalt zu genießen.
Neben der wunderbaren Lage des Appartements, welche absolut perfekt ist für einen Urlaub in London oder einen Ausflug nach Greenwich, hat ein modernes Appartement natürlich auch einige Probleme. Wenn diese auftauchen ist es die Aufgabe des Vermieters, diese so schnell wie möglich zu beseitigen, um die Freude der Gäste nicht zu verderben.
Sie waren wunderbare Gäste in diesen drei Monaten. Ich hoffe, dass Sie und Ihre Familien die Zeit in London und Greenwich genossen haben und bald wiederkommen, entweder um erneut in unserem Appartement zu bleiben oder einfach nur um "Hallo" zu sagen.

A Nice Holiday In Greenwich

Che dire, una delle più coinvolgenti vacanze trascorse in tutta la Mia vita! L'appartamento di Julian e Francesca del resto, non ha sorpreso le nostre aspettative! tutto ciò che i padroni di casa ci avevano promesso ci è stato offerto! L'appartamento veramente bello e con tutti i confort necessari per vivere! Assolutamente una bella casa per le vacanze! Sicuramente l'unico problema, sormontabile, è la distanza che c'è tra Greenwich e la City! Ma posso dire che la città è veramente collegata bene e questa distanza alla fine risulta effettivamente insignificante! la casa è vicina alla Stazione ferroviaria di Westcombe Park (meno di 5 minuti a piedi) che permette di arrivare nel giro di 20 minuti al centro! e ci sono tantissimi autobus Notturni (N1) che da New Oxford Street Lasciano direttamente sotto l'appartamento! Un'ottima soluzione qualità prezzo! La zona è molto tranquilla e rilassante e per niente pericolosa! Insomma, non perderei tempo a tornare nuovamente a Greenwich! Ringrazio Tantissimo Javier e Francesca che mi hanno supportato durante tutto il periodio prima dell'arrivo e in quella fantastica settimana vissuta a Londra! ampio appartamento adatto a famiglie numerose

L'appartamento è grande e confortevole, eravamo in 8 persone ed abbiamo optato per le 4 camere, la stanza extra capacity è enorme e dà sulla strada principale(era originariamente un negozio) come si vede dalla piantina. E' dotato di tutto ciò che serve, specialmente la cucina è ben attrezzata.
La zona è ben servita, l'autobus 422 si ferma davanti a casa (sull'altro marciapiede) e fa capolinea alla fermata della metro North Greenwich.Per raggiungere il centro ci vuole circa 1 ora.
Dal centro di Greenwich partono i battelli sia di linea che turistici per raggiungere Londra centro. (scontati con la travelcard oyster).
Nella zona c'è una pizzeria da asporto, altri negozi e un supermercato (Sainsbury's) raggiungibili a piedi.
I proprietari sono molto premurosi nell'intervenire in caso di necessità.
Per raggiungere l'appartamento da Stansted abbiamo utilizzato il comodissimo servizio di taxi che ci hanno suggerito di contattare a prezzo competitivo rispetto agli autobus navetta.
Siamo stati molto contenti di aver scelto questo appartamento.

great place to stay at

The flat is great - really spacious and it has everything you need. Transport links are very good - you can be in the centre in 15 minutes by train but there are also plenty of buses if you fancy a bit of a panoramic view. We were given plenty of info on the area and contact with the owner has been really easy. Would surely recommend this to a friend.

I do not know what else to write as I think that the greatest strength of the apartment is the train (which you can use your Oyster Card on) that gets you into London Bridge in about 12 minutes or Charing Cross as you say in 15 minutes...

Fantastic appartement

Two families (4+5) travelling together stayed in this wonderful appartement for five days. We had a warm welcome from the owner, and were sad to leave at the end of the week.

Easy accesible, with only a few minutes walk to the railway station, and bus-stops just outside the building taking us to Greenwich. This gave us the feeling of leaving close to Central London.

6-7 mins walk to the Greenwich peninsula, with cinema, restuarants and good shopping.

We would recommend this appartement for different traveller groups, in our party, both the kids (8-13 yrs) and the adults enjoyed the stay.

Greenwich the home of the equestrian Olympic events in 2012 is an attraction unto itself. With is rich naval history and the old Tudor capital of England, it boasts multiple tourist attractions with charming enclaves. Crowd pleasers in Greenwich are the maritime museum, the fan museum and the painted hall in Greenwich university as well as the royal observatory in Greenwich park with its green laser shooting out in the night sky along the meridian line. For those looking for an alternative market, the weekend market in Greenwich is fantastic with hundreds of stalls selling everything from fudge bars to children’s toys.

Soon the Cutty Sark ship will be brought back to its former splendour close to the gypsy moth. While the day tourists can grab a pint of beer at either the gypsy moth or Trafalgar tavern, there are many more grub and gastro pubs and restaurants to try.

Not enough? Jump on the river taxi and the rest of London is at your doorstep.
